My go-to is always the traditional bowl. Fish tastes so fresh and flavorful I love itttt 💗 plus the staff is so cute too. This is the type of small business I’d love to support

Id say the best poke spot you can find. Loaded with toppings and the price is reasonable. Subway style where you choose topics and sauces as you go. If you want a good poke bowl this id the place to go.

It’s a great choice for poke. Recommend customizing your own bowl as the price for their signature dishes are roughly the same. Choice of white quinoa or salad base and generous accompanying toppings- unlimited seaweed/wakame! Nice modern environment. Minor quibble: small “scoops” of fish but only $2.5+ if you want more.

Actually converted me to liking poke. I had poke before, and it was not very good, but this place has been spectacular two times in a row, both servers, Melina, and Vivian were amazing and helpful and very friendly. They also drew custom pictures on the lids which was a super nice touch 👌

Love this place for a healthy and delicious take out meal, and the cute messages on the containers never fail to delight! (This is Steve's new Ono poke bowl & I highly recommend it...super umami sauce).

I will never be going back. They refused my cash when my total was less than $50 (tip included) and I gave her a $50 and said keep it. She would not take it and looked absolutely bewildered about cash. It is in our rights to pay with cash and not everyone has debt or credit. It's discrimination at its finest. The food was good however absolutely drenched in sauce which does not make it very healthy.

Honestly the food is delicious, however this location does not accept cash which is a huge inconvenience. I just walked in and the place is empty to ask if they still don't accept cash because I was looking to have lunch here. The girl said no, so I left. There have been more than a dozen times in the last couple months I would have eaten here had they accepted cash. It's unfortunate. It's legal tender. And it's especially unfortunate when the place is empty half of the time and they're refusing cash payments.

We love poke! Was very excited to learn that we now have a poke bar in south surrey! We’ve tried many different styles of poke all over and feel South surrey is lacking such amazing food option until Steve’s. Overall the food quality is decent and the service is friendly. The portion is on the smaller side (so does many poke bars) with rather limited selections of toppings. We also find it a bit odd to charge extra for the fish roes. Most of the poke bars do not have a surcharge for the fish toes and without it the poke is missing some interesting flavor. As we don’t have much options here in south surrey, I’m still glad that we have Steve’s.

The place itself was really nice, the atmosphere was really calm and soothing and it wasn’t packed at all. The employee was really nice while we were deciding what to get and was helpful too. I got the california dreaming (the one in the picture) and my friend got the mayo spice me up and both were good but i liked mine more. To summarize, recommend.

Oh my gosh!! First time here, will definitely be back!! I absolutely LOVE sushi tuna, and they have so many delicious toppings to make it your own!!

We order Steve's Poke on a weekly basis. Their signature bowls are very customizable. There's always new sauces and flavours to look forward to, like the ono poke. We really like the Hawaii fruit tea...so refreshing. Staff's very friendly and their servings are more consistent in this location. They are also available through food delivery services which is convenient. They have an app so make sure you collect your points!

The service and the food was good. The only problem I had was that we ordered from the Steve's poke app and it did not give me an option to opt out of the bag fee. I was picking up the order and did not need to be charged a bag since they already come in containers. The McDonald's app has an option to opt out, don't see why this app can't. The girls behind the counter handled my question about the fee nicely but they ultimately had no control over the bag fee situation and were not able to provide a refund for the fee as the payment was online. I asked if I could call in my order next time and ask for no bag and they said the app was the only way to pre order. I will not be returning to any Steve's poke as long as the bag fee is forced on the app when I don't need a bag. I will also be voting OUT every city of surrey councillor who was in favour of this ratchet bylaw.

Always great and friendly service from the super knowledgeable staff. The food is amazing and fresh, with customizable options. Steve’s Poke is my go to spot anytime I’m not feeling like cooking and want a delicious and healthy bowl.

I just got back from Hawaii yesterday. Steve's tastes better than any of the places I tried because of the variety of toppings. Happy to be home and have Steve's in the neighborhood. Mahalo!

Best poke in south surrey. I love the create your own bowl. The price can get a little high so I usually wait until they have a free scoop from their app. They can also accommodate my husband’s shellfish allergy which is great!

Had Steve’s Traditional Bowl & as usual it was fresh, generous & delicious! I’ve enjoyed food from multiple restaurants & the quality & friendly staff are a constant! Yum yum yummy!

One of the only poké places that consistently has delicious and good quality ingredients, across all its locations. If you’re looking to try poké or you’re a regular, you can’t go wrong at Steve’s.

Steve's poke is clearly doing something right. Every single location is constantly great. All the ingredients are fresh and come in generous portions. You never have to give up an ingredient you like because of a maximum topping limit. They are also super delicious. Very reasonable pricing too compared to other poke bars. If you are not a fan of poke because of another poke bar, give this a try. You can choose their suggested bowls or make your own :)
