Tourist attraction

πŸ‘πŸ‘ Nice and clean little beach. We had a good day there. Nice for family with kids, but it is also good and deep enough for adults. Parking was $4 per hour or $20 for the day this Thursday. I don't know about the weekend. We can find shade under the trees. People often mention beach, parking, clean, water,

There is specially paid parking for barbecues, swimming, boating, playing in the sand and watching the sunset!

Much more peaceful in the "off season" if you appreciate time by the water. This is actually called De LaSalle park and parking is free for residents of Georgina. No cooking is permitted onsite. The beach is small but there is another one close by. You have to cross the road to get from the parking and main park area to the beach, OR go through the underpass. The beach is wheelchair accessible with a ramp and a "beach mat" path toward the water. Some interesting underwater anomies to snorkel over if you are into that kind of thing.

The Beach is Rocky and not sand but safe and clean enough. Crowded on a weekend especially long weekend. Do not expect any eatable stalls around. It is about 5 mins walk from public parking although there is another parking for residents only which is right across the road along the beach. - Ground to play volleyball or football - Washroom is fine Parking $35 full day as of 2023 Note for authorities: - The garbage bins were overflowing with litter around and seagulls looking for leftovers. There should be at least twice a day garbage pickup on weekends or at least someone to monitor. There are more people monitoring parking slips on dashboard of cars than looking at cleanliness.

It was quite busy but it's not too crowded. We sat down by the water with our own folding chair

We love this beach. Its sandy and there are washrooms nearby. It dies get pretty busy so go early. Paid parking for no residents of Georgina and space is limited

Took the family here over the long weekend and we had a great time. Beach was clean, water was perfect, my daughter swam for hours. It's definitely worth the trip we are already planning on going back! Just a heads up, you can not bbq there and I highly recommend getting there early! The parking lot fills quick.

This beach has a beautiful view, on a windy day you can enjoy the waves pretending like you are by the ocean. There is also greenery parks for kids and lots of parking. Unfortunately, mid-August was windy and cold, but that is Canada. BTW, it is close to those who live in the suburbs north of TO.

Things can get a little romantic here. So if you catch a sunset walk at the right time of year with that special someone. You might catch yourself bending a knee. Amazing views, some beautiful homes and the people are friendly here as long as you are too.

Amazing beach! We live like 9 mins away from this beach in Keswick and its amazing it looks like they also recently cleaned the water and got rid of all the garbage and dirty stuffs in the water and also put some new sand too! I recommend this beach a lot! Georgina is amazing! If you come after 7PM on weekdays it so much peaceful and less people so you can relax on the sand
