Since the Suva location had only recently opened, my sister and I decided to stop by today. Surprisingly, the hostess treated us poorly, although at the other branches we had visited, the service had been excellent overall. First, he served the two women who were behind us, and when we asked to be seated, he went inside to see if there was room. When he returned, he told us that there was no room for a table of two, so we logically decided to get takeout. However, he then said that we were too full to do so, we even offered to wait for a table like a normal customer, he declined.  I am completely baffled. We can wait if you give us a wait time; after all, that's how restaurants work. There was a man behind us who only needed a coffee, we both were refused service claiming "they are too busy." I didn't expect such service from Coffee Hub, as they are recognized for their friendly and professional staff.

Was quite a bad experience. Firstly, When we arrived, the door was locked, had a sign stating for customers to wait to be seated and so we did. After a minute or so another family came and the staff opened the door and served them (Coffee hub doesn't take booking). Not sure if its because of our race? At least the customer after us saw what happened, went right in and spoke to a staff to serve us since she was getting takeaway. Otherwise, I don't think we wouldve been served or gotten a seat. Secondly, we ordered the same food as others but noticed that they were being served with food first. We got there 30 minutes before them. Even that customer seemed impressed that their food came right away. Thirdly, I ordered smashed avocado and waited for almost 1hr for it. Not worth the wait. Their Nadi branch is way better.

I have been in Suva for 4 days, haven’t had breakfasts in any place but here, their Omelet is the best, coffee and donuts are the best. The only thing i am not sure, is why order takes longer than expected

The atmospheres very up class, super clean and chic interior. Didn’t get to try much except an almond milk latte and bruschetta but both were good.

It's an OK place, but by fiji standards it's pretty good. Kind of feels a bit like a Coffee Club identity ripoff but they have done well. Ala Carte dining options and cabinet food. Interior is casual but funky. Finds a bit of pacific and strong browns and greens. The wall art does lift the ambience Drinks medium. If you are a coffee connoisseur it's probably a fair 7/10. Round two tried an ice blended chocolate and coffee beverage. Probably a little nestle tasting but ok. Food medium. Not extraordinary just average cafe food.

I've tried the newly-opened Suva branch a few times now, and let me list here some pros and cons. Pros: Great ambiance Friendly staff Good coffee Cons: Very slow service Food offerings on the menu aren't fully available Food quality can be variable All these cons are understandable since they are just starting. So don't expect the same level of quality and service as you would the more established branches in Ba or Nadi. I would suggest not coming in during lunchtime as there's still a long queue of people for now. I'd like to try and come again once they are more established, and their kitchen is ready to serve all the menu items so I can try the other meal offerings! -- Update to this review: the last time I went there with friends, they mixed up our orders and never served our food at all. They gave us our beverage for free as compensation, but still, it was a major faux pas. Maybe better training for their staff is in order.

Tasty food but not filling for me. Could make serving bigger, wouldn't mind paying more.

The food is lovely. Staff was very kind, checked up on my friend and I a few times to see how we were doing and if we needed something else. Atmosphere was soothing to the nerve especially after a long stressful day of work. 10/10 would recommend!

As soon as we entered the cafe , we were met with friendly faces, warm smiles and greetings. A 10/10 in my books with decor and aesthetics Our simple choices of “Appetizers” 😜 were awesome. Awaiting our main meals which i’m now truly looking forward to 🤩

Super busy during the lunch hour and I was shocked to have found sit The staffs are darlings. I have tried coffee hub in nadi and they have the best ice coffee and always my goto there, since I had a small 40 min meetup with my girls I got their noddle salad which I feels was too soaked up. I would have loved it if was a little dry. Almost everything I ever had from here never disappointed me thou Still a great place to hangout. Would love to try their pastries 💗 Prices seems fair enough, the quality and quantity is not Pacific Islander approved but the taste is there

Coffee Hub's new cafe in Suva. Coffee is decent but a bit expensive compared to the other cafes nearby. Pastery and lunch menu also available. Sitting arrangements are well done. Cafe has a modern vibe to it with the design, lighting, and music. They also write a small message on your takeaway cups.

This is such a lovely breakfast/brunch/lunch place! Seriously a gem in the heart of Suva, with beautifully relaxed atmosphere & the biggest, fluffiest doughnuts I’ve ever eaten. You may have to wait a little for your order to arrive on a Sunday morning as the place is full and the kitchen is working hard to get food out but the dishes are well worth the wait. Quality and price match neatly and the menu caters to diverse tastes and cultural preferences. All in all, a well rounded concept cafe with friendly, attentive staff and chilled ambience. Definitely a must try when in Suva.

The Coffee Hub Suva is a unique coffee shop that stands out for its impressive interior design. As soon as you walk in, you are greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere that immediately puts you at ease. The attention to detail in the design is impressive, with a mix of modern and rustic elements that come together to create a truly unique space. But the Coffee Hub Suva is more than just a pretty face - the food and drinks are equally impressive. But it's not just about the coffee - the food at the Coffee Hub Suva is also top-notch. The menu features a variety of breakfast and lunch items, with something to suit every palate. Perhaps the best thing about the Coffee Hub Suva, though, is the friendly and welcoming staff. The team is always happy to chat and offer recommendations, making you feel like a valued customer from the moment you walk in the door. Overall, the Coffee Hub Suva is a must-visit for coffee lovers and foodies alike. The stunning interior design, delicious food and drinks, and friendly staff all combine to create a truly unforgettable experience. Whether you're looking for a quick caffeine fix or a leisurely meal with friends, the Coffee Hub Suva is the perfect place to unwind and enjoy some of the best coffee and food around

Well, to be honest the Cafe is situated right at the heart of Suva City (excellent location). I think the varieties from their menu is overwhelming - I see options for breakfast, brunch, lunch etc. but what about a dedicated one for dinner; it's just part of the usual menu (not an issue to me personally). Ordered my first dish (Roast chicken with vegetable - 17.5.23) and it turned out well done - minus the black bean sauce flavour with gravy (would have just preferred plain gravy) or BBQ sauce. Also, it thought the sauce was abit salty. Plain boild vegetable are alright and for the mesh potato - it's well done. With friendly staffs and great customer service, you don't fell left out. Environment is nice with good sitting arrangement to maximize the shop space - not forgetting outdoor seats for smokers. There is no parking within the premises, so just utilize the road side spaces (which is quite convenient especially after working hours and weekends). Vinaka Coffee Hub for the experience. Coming back for more ✌️🙂

Visited this fashionable coffee shop in Suva. Staffs are very friendly. Showing their bula smiles. Food & drinks quality was really good. Just do not visit during peak hours or else you will not get Dine in option and service on time.
