Since
the
Suva
location
had
only
recently
opened,
my
sister
and
I
decided
to
stop
by
today.
Surprisingly,
the
hostess
treated
us
poorly,
although
at
the
other
branches
we
had
visited,
the
service
had
been
excellent
overall.
First,
he
served
the
two
women
who
were behind
us,
and
when
we
asked
to
be
seated,
he
went
inside
to
see
if
there
was
room.
When
he
returned,
he
told
us
that
there
was
no
room
for
a
table
of
two,
so
we
logically
decided
to
get
takeout.
However,
he
then
said
that
we
were
too
full
to
do
so,
we
even
offered
to
wait
for
a
table
like
a
normal
customer,
he
declined. I
am completely
baffled.
We
can wait
if
you
give
us
a
wait
time;
after
all,
that's
how
restaurants
work. There
was
a
man
behind
us
who
only
needed
a
coffee,
we
both were
refused
service
claiming
"they
are
too
busy."
I
didn't
expect such
service
from
Coffee
Hub,
as
they
are
recognized
for
their
friendly
and
professional
staff.
