This McDonald's is open all the time, so it saved me a couple of times especially during the holidays. Service is quick and no-nonsense. Aside from their usual 2-piece hot & spicy chicken, try the chicken aioli wrap for a change.

Great customer service. Inside washroom & sitting area. Not great when overcrowded though.

Usually packed when I visit, but I do like to indulge in their nuggets, cheeseburgers with fries & the sweet and sour sauce

This McDonald's restaurant in Suva is the first ever McD's which needs to hire a security guard to watch the front door! This speaks volumes about the crime rate and social problems in this city.

Toilets smelled so bad. Felt like I needed a shower when I walked out.

04/04/23 8.25 bad manager customer handling. Missed 6 piece nuggets order. Had to return back from far yet no apologies from manager. Should also give complimentary for making double run. Inexperienced staffs

The menu at MacDonald's in Suva offered a wide range of options to cater to different tastes and preferences. From classic burgers and crispy fries to refreshing beverages and delicious desserts, there was something for everyone. The food was served promptly and met my expectations in terms of taste and quality, though the chicken are small in size but still OK. One aspect that stood out was the restaurant's efforts to incorporate local flavors into their menu. They offered unique items inspired by Fijian cuisine, adding a touch of local flair to their global brand. This fusion of international and local flavors provided a delightful experience for both residents and visitors.

It's MacDonald so do expect their standards to be uphold throughout. Fiji stores (4 in total) are pretty uniform across. I've been to all four of them - Suva, Laucala Bay, Nadi and Lautoka. You do get little judgments from certain staffs; but this is part of the norm, I guess. I mostly enjoy myself in all the stores. Menu wise, it's standard across again but in terms of the quality, it's not bad. I love Macdonalds fast food in Fiji 🙂✌️

The quality and quantity of fried chicken was so low compared to other non brands fired chicken in Suva. It was dry and coating of the chicken was very poor. The burger was as before. I went to McD after a year, and probably I'll never order the fried chicken in Suva branch.

The whole large double cheeseburger was so stale and unappetising and the fries was worse off, very disappointing! Never expected this from Macdonald's, Suva. Sorry but that's the truth!

My order took forever to be served, a bunch of people who came after me were given their orders before me, very unorganized workflow.....and the burger was very dry while the juice had no ice cubes......don't get me started on the wrap....waste of money!

OK as McDs go. Very limited menu. Always makes me laugh you can get fried chicken at MCD in Suva. Food is pretty similar, but it's not slow.

Arguably the slowest drive through in Fiji. If the line starts at Jody's expect to wait over 40 minutes. Better to just park nearby and order inside.

Had call in at 10.13pm on Monday night 27th of November, with no phone courtesy from a Fijian lady who answered the phone.All She said was “hello” and I asked in a prompt manner where is this, the whole reason I asked because of the way she answered the phone and then she said McDonald’s. And I told her that she’s been so rude while answering the phone because of the tone of her voice. And she said FO and she hang up the phone. Inappropriate individuals will just spoil the organisation’s name.

Like any other McDonald's it serves the same delicious varieties of burgers, giving you options. The one thing I have noticed with the burgers against their cost over the years is that the burgers are getting smaller and the cost goes up. But regardless of this, McDonald's have still maintained the deliciousness of their burgers. I am giving this establishment a 4 awesome star rating 💫💫💫💫👍😁

Needs to work on staff hygiene practices. Noticed a staff serving at the drive through with dermatophytosis or commonly called ring worms.

I've tried most McDonalds around the world and never found one that tasted similar to home (New Zealand) I only ordered a McChicken but it tasted exactly the same as New Zealand. Was awesome.

MPAISA is available, food never gets old! Its always the number one place to satisfy your burger cravings!

It has been a while since i visited McDonalds, the service on the other was really quick given on a Friday. Anyways, placing orders was not a problem nor was the service delivery of what i ordered. Before i could take my seat, i was informed my food order was ready - i was like, that was fast! The attendent at the counter couldnt help but smiled. Not bad at all McDonalds Team in suva city!!!

A good friend of mine bought sundae ice-creams and an ice cream for me and 3 other sisters and i have to say when i was having mine i thought i was literally having ice. To my surprise my friend that was sitting next to me said "is it just me or are we having ice" I swear we all burst out laughing. Correct me if im wrong but Do we need to report to staff on duty or managers for incidents such as this? Or are ice creams suppose to taste icey-waterish ?

Complaining of McDonalds Suva City that their Softserve and Sundaes are getting worse. It gets melted right away as they serve. Requesting to have a look on this matter. Thanks

It's really convenient to drive through if you want quick meal whilst on the go. Great basic desserts and drinks.

Been a while since i had a meal from here. Forgot how good those burgers tasted. Lovely atmosphere as always and they are always out of mayonnaise idk why...
