Courts Mega Samabula is a very wonderful shop. They have a very extreme product range from home appliances, furniture, white good, office furniture, ICT products and many many more. An excellent place for general needs. Customer services is excellent and so are the friendly staff. Located in one of the highly popular city municipality and a central place. Parking is available and only the rear entry is not friendly for physically challenged individuals. Overall this shop has a very lovery presentation. The only reason for 4 star rating is because of the credit lending facility which has high interest rates.

They have a neat coffee shop in the back with the whole works. I've also seen a section of the shop selling school stationaties and other house keeping items. Greatly complements the white goods offered.

Closes at 4pm on saturday 👍 they stock a few nice Maxwell Williams kitchenware and have lately had a few more "simple" pieces of furniture rather then the usual crazy colors and fabric collection!

Takes 2 days for them to deliver a product when I live 3kms away, given a number for "delivery coordinator" who does not answer the phone. The credit department feels more like a fish market.

Courts mega store has a good selection of house hold goods. I have recently bought a washing machine from here and it is going well. I like that Courts has a good warranty that covers anything you buy here and there is a service centre for repairs.

Loved it, it’s like IKEA, bed bath and beyond and conns from America all in one. From electronics to bedding sets to kitchen appliances to kitchen ware all kinds of goodies.

Technology products are old models and the price charged is very high compared to other resellers. Set up is okay and plenty space to move around. Displays for furniture products are really good.

This place has the longest waiting time for customers even for a little thing like paying for diagnosis fees. While it is upon only person to look at a particular department of service whilst serving other customers and doing sales.... this results in customers getting frustrated especially when they're getting late for something more important. I think this waiting time should be looked into for better customer experience and satisfaction. Not forgetting their highly priced items.
