Top notch training. I've been with them for 6 years. Worked my way up and now as an instructor assisting in Russ Tactics and Krav Maga Fiji. Always a realistic approach in combatives, testing ideas in a professional manner to see what works and what doesn't in real life. Worth the try at any age. I would say its suitable for anybody, getting fit and safe simultaneously. Gym - Satisfactory condition with great gears, safety of every students always paramount.
