The car parks sign is barely legal with that fine print in the dark, make it bigger guys!

Absolutely disappointed and thoroughly disgraced at the prospect of getting charged £60 for a 35 minute stay. To declare that the ‘signage is clear and prominent on entry and throughout the site’ is inaccurate and misleading. Will never use this car park again.

It does depend what your after, plenty of larger stores.. Not much to say about it, if you re a local, perhaps it's a reasonable place to go for food shops, clothes, entertainment etc. I am not a great shopper as you imagine. I think we have too much tat in our lives. Minimalist is the way forward or at least the direction.

What lets this down is the parking. There's now too many good shops and parking is far too short at 2 hours and it's confusing as several different parking companies. Does put us off!!!!

Took the family to Ninja Warrior and stayed for 2.5 hours. Me and my brother both got £100 parking fines. Didn't see any signs about giving car reg details to the staff, weren't told about it either. Appealed the fine and because I was able to provide proof that I was using Parc Tawe retail facilities at the time, Eternity Parking agreed to reduce the fine to £20 - although it should have been revoked altogether in my view. Went to pay the £20 on their site but the charge was still £100. Phoned, emailed etc. but was ignored and threatened with legal action. With mortgage rates so high atm, can't afford to risk a poor credit score so I paid the £100. It's disgusting that Parc Tawe have chosen an unregulated, cowboy 'company' to scam local people who go there to visit retailers like Ninja Warrior and the cinema, where typically you spend longer than 2 hours. Give your car deets in to the retailer if you are visiting, or better yet, don't bother. Tried my best to speak to Parc Tawe about the issue but they ignored my messages.

Lovely area of Swansea to walk around, had come on so well in the last few years with new venues and places to go. Family friendly and disabled friendly. Can be busy but that's a good sign. Cinema, cafe's and restaurants and bowling. Nice day out

Retail park shops, restaurants and activities is great but parking let's you down if you are going there, say your going to go bowling or to the cinema, if you over concede the time limit and have not entered your parking registration for extended time, you will get fined.😤

Fined. I left the car park after shopping at B&M. I took the road past Plantasia and parked in Aldi’s car park for further shopping. Nope, I was still in the Retail Park. I don’t remember any signage that would have alerted me to this, so my further shopping cost me a £100 fine. I won’t shop here again. There are many other local options. Note: ‘Busy’ days here lead to long leaving delays, thus more ‘fines’ stress.

Got better in recent years having its refurb and lots of new shops and attractions, but they have a ruthless parking system that means if you are over 2 hours you have to use the tablet in some of the selected areas to validate it. Iv always known it as 3 hours so lucky I checked! But seriously if you go to the cinema it's more than 2 hours in its self never mind going for food or bowling or any number of the things there.

Good retail park. Plenty of parking - 2 hours free is standard limit, which can be extended if frequenting certain outlets e.g. cinema, restaurants, etc. Good variety of shopping outlets. Be careful with the car park, though - getting out can be a lengthy affair at busy times, particularly the run-up to Christmas, and overstay the parking time will result in a fine.

Good Retail Park and Multiplex with a Cinema and a Plant Attraction it could do with a bit more range of shops and restaurants in the area

Shopping Parc right on the edge of Swansea city center which houses a number of businesses such as the vue cinema, plantasia, a very large Iceland, sports direct and pets at home. Easy to get to from the city center and wheelchair accessible. The only con is it's lack of public toilets.

It smells of cheese and not the nice smelling kind. They love to fine you if you park here for more than 3 hours. They'll fine you a days wages for the people who work here. Now thats robbery.

The shops are getting better again. The parking is fine in the week, but in the school holidays or some weekends, it’s horrendous. You can’t get out. It took me 20 minutes recently and an hour at Christmas one time. I only tend to go if I think it’ll be quiet

Great place to go and plenty of shops, but Swanseas crusade against parking makes it increasingly difficult to visit and park tawe is no exception. 2 hours free parking and then a hiked fee afterwards. So if you want to enjoy yourself, make sure it's within a 2 hour window. After that, NO FUN FOR YOU!

Watch out for parking cameras in this place. After spending money in local shops. 1 week later, I got a parking ticket. It was a very expensive couple of hours. Safe to say, I won't be returning to spend money in these shops anymore

I have updated my review because Parc Tawe has had a lot of work done to it recently. It's now a place that feels in a lot better condition and actually has some nice places to sit. I like the map of the old dock that used to be where Parc Tawe is now. Odeon is great and had a Denny's today which was delicious.

Large retail park with lots of shopping outlets and eateries. Some excellent children's indoor play areas establishments as well. 2hrs free parking make sure you enter your registration at the reception on most of the eat in establishments to extend your free stay.

Could be a lovely family day out unfortunately until they sort out the parking company /cowboys they won't have my custom ,It is always difficult to leave the car park as there are queues ,I happen to be a victim of this ,£60 down the drain for a 20 minute visit to Aldi ,I feel sorry for the businesses there as they are loosing custom .

Was really looking forward to this after visiting in America but was hugely disappointed. The service was very slow and staff looked as if they didn't want to be there. Ordered at counter and I received wrong meal ...I didn't ask to change as didn't want to wait any longer. There was no atmosphere and the set up made it quite a boring place. Also expensive

Lots of parking and a great variety of shops and attractions. It’s get quite busy so be prepared for a slow moving queue to get back out the car park at peak times. Plan ahead.

Was fun with grandson though there seemed to be a few empty displays of creatures. He loved the crocs and meerkats. Nice little diversion on an afternoon.

Good retail park. Plenty of parking. Good variety of shops. Be careful with the car park though because you are fined if you enter the car park after a certain time.

This is a great area of Swansea to head to for the majority, if not all, of your shopping needs. I can’t think of anything I can’t buy here, unless it’s out of stock, like bungee cords in Home Bargains because it’s holiday season. Plus there’s bowling, cinemas, snacking out, dining in, the wonderful glass-housed Plantasia zoo, and all of these shops and facilities range around a huge easily accessible parking area, which is also served by bus routes and taxi stands, all within minutes of the city centre with its business centres and its historic attractions, as well as walkways along the Tawe River.

  • 2/5 Sue In S. 7 months ago on Google
Beware, if parked even touching a white line £100 fine and they are not interested in any appeal. Shops are good but not worth the parking risk as they will find a reason to fine you

  • 4/5 Natalie M. 8 months ago on Google
Lots of nice little shops and things to do with the kids like plantasia zoo, ninja warrior and a climbing facility could do with more food places in the area other than Dennys

  • 2/5 Paul K. 1 year ago on Google
Well we went there on a Sunday for a birthday party celebration as soon as we stepped in to the restaurant we had to wait about 10 minutes before a member of staff came to serve us. And when we went in all we could see were tablets full of food that people had left behind and some of it was on the floor. IT looked like there wasn't enough staff working at this restaurant. We started to order and we waited and waited and waited. WE did think that the staff had all gone home, and then all of a sudden food did come eventually. Well the food was alright but I have had better value in other restaurants I think that Dennys needs to buck up and sort it's staffing and clean up it's act, because people in this country don't like to wait a long time for their food. And nobody likes to sit in a restaurant with dirty tables around them. As you can see it wasn't a good experience and I would think twice about going there again this is why I given a 2 star.

Decent selection of shops.. car park can get very busy but is a good size and free parking for up to 4hrs I believe but if you're eating there or going to cinema you can enter your vehicle registration for longer time.

India India restaurant..A real restaurant that will satisfy your tastebuds. Nice staff, delicious food and great ambience. We visited on valentine's Day and it was great dinner. Visit after 5 PM and you will absolutely find some Indian varieties with special taste.

There's been money spent to try and revamp this site, and it looks a bit fresher. But there are still empty units, and the new access road doesn't seem to have helped when it's busy. More importantly they've spent all this money but there are no charging points for electric vehicles. I now go to Morfa instead, as I can charge my car there.

Undoubtedly one of the best shopping centres in central Swansea. Great parking spaces with very white bay deliniations and shops that sell stuff. What more could you want?

  • 4/5 Hannah R. 1 year ago on Google
Lovely make over from what has been the past few years. Hadn't been this way for a while but went this weekend. Lots of little places to eat along with cinema and bowling

  • 5/5 David P. 2 years ago on Google
This place has parking for up to 4 hours so it's got a few things there good shops better than going into the main city centre.

This place has sure changed alot since I last was here a few years ago. Looking fab, improvement needed in walk through areas. Loved the odeon cinema and browsing some of the stores.

  • 5/5 Roy M. 1 year ago on Google
Retail shops , restaurants , buffet restaurants, dessert restaurants , Aldi , Iceland , Costa coffe , B & M , and more Odeon cinemas , tropical zoo , bowling alley etc here.. with 3 hour free (but nearly full today) parking

Always a pleasure coming. You always have what you want in a small area and should be able to get everything you need. Cinema and bowling aswell near by will keep you going for hours. We'll worth a trip if your bored people

Good size car park. Clear instructions on fines but free for 3 hours. Costa is easy access and not too far from town centre. Easy access and exit

Made me fat and I totally appreciate it. Why have just one chin when I can have several. Genuinely tasty food I always ate in Dennys when I was in the states better than Julie's pantry.

  • 4/5 Alexander B. 9 months ago on Google
Always bring guests to Denny's, more food than you can manage, well made, and the service is great. They can accommodate a lot of people with their size. The milkshakes and pancakes are stellar. One of my friends said it was better than the Dennys in America, for whatever that's worth.

Something needs to be done about the exits and flow of traffic. It's an actual nightmare queuing to exit on busy days. I had a 30minute wait once trying to exit on a Saturday. Very poorly planned parking space. Otherwise lots of great shops and interesting places to visit/shop in. Just sort the parking out please.

  • 4/5 Jordan M. 1 year ago on Google
Visited for Ninja warrior and have seen that the retail park looks well refurbished (after many years of poor maintenance and poor footfall). Would be great to see some more high profile stores though. Glad they have sorted the parking validation situation out too.

  • 4/5 Jaywalker 1 year ago on Google
Pretty much everything you need in one place! Just watch out with the parking if your planning going for a long shop. Even though they give you the option for longer parking when in store, the company who run it all won't hesitate to slap you with a fine! I can only imagine that Parc Tawe have lost alot of customers due to this pretty strict policy they run. So be cautious peeps ✌🏻

Nice entertainment plaza, lots of different forms of entertainment including a cinema, bowling alley with arcade and an indoor climbing centre. Lots of different restaurants available including an Indian and a Denny's. BE AWARE, free parking is time limited and if you go over the fines are pretty extreme. Make sure you input your reg into any tablets in any venues and make sure to keep your receipts.

  • 4/5 Simon G. 1 year ago on Google
This place used to be pretty grubby, but it's had a facelift and is a lot better than it was. Probably the last free parking left in the city centre as well, although it gets very congested as a result. Not perfect yet, but getting better all the time.

  • 1/5 Jamie J. 1 year ago on Google
Changed their parking hours from 3 to 2 hours and got stung twice before I got the first fine in the post. Got a cut and paste response to my appeal letter and the second fine came 12 days after the date on the letter with 14 days to pay.

  • 4/5 Gavin K. 1 year ago on Google
Variety of places to eat and go out for entertainment. However the parking company is a huge pain, always trying to trick customers out by changing the parking policy. Also troublesome to extend free parking sometimes. Been handed fines multiple times so be careful.

  • 5/5 Adrian J. 11 months ago on Google
Fantastic place to shop with plenty of parking. The road layout outside with loads of lanes is fun. Store with sports clothes and loud music playing and next door shoe shop no music was heaven well done I love no music.
