I
have
been
a
member
of
The
Gym
for
over
a
year.
I
normally
use
the
Whitefield
branch
in
Manchester,
which
is
very
well-equipped,
clean
and
spacious.
I
was
very
happy
and
felt
motivated
to
visit
regularly.
On
recently
transferring
my
membership
to
Swansea
due
to
a
move,
I
am
quite
horrified
at
how
poorly
the
Swansea
branch
compares
to
the
one
I
was
used
to.
The
space
is
dangerously
cramped,
especially
at
peak
times.
Too
much
equipment
cramped
into
a
small
space.
Unless
one
is
always
vigilant,
there's
every
risk
of
being
injured
by
other
careless
users.
The
free
weights
area,
in
particular,
is
tiny
for
the
number
of
people
wanting
to
use
it
at
any
one
time.
One
often
has
to
wait
before
you
can
use
any
of
the
machines.
The
male
toilet
facilities
are
just
dreadfully
unhygienic
-
there
are
only
two
cubicles,
which
is
wholly
inadequate.
Every
time
i've
been
into
them,
the
toilets
are
unclean,
water/urine/toilet
paper
on
the
floor.
Gross!
The
hand
detergent
dispenser
is
ALWAYS
empty.
And
it's
clear
that
hardly
any
cleaners
have
visited
the
toilets
in
a
considerable
time.
Just
awful.
Finally,
the
venue
is
wholly
understaffed.
I
almost
never
see
any
staff
members
should
I
need
to
consult
one,
and
this
obviously
poses
serious
health
and
safety
risks.
I
wish
I
were
able
to
return
to
my
Whitefield
branch!
The
Swansea
branch
is
very
poor
in
comparison
and
damages
the
brand
substantially
in
my
opinion.
