If you bring an extra person you pay extra even though the Star karaoke is offering the exact same Service as for 1 person less and they earn even more because 1 extra person is ordering drinks. Simple solution: Price for Service. The Service is one room for a period of time, that should determine the price. More people is actually reducing quality of the experience because the room is not getting larger with 5 vs 10 people but suddenly it's twice as expensive. This Model seems like Promoting to not bring your friends but rather keep your number of guests as small as possible

Rooms are great! Great song selection, good variety of food and drink options. Staff were friendly and efficient. Book in advance. Would recommend!

We came for a birthday party celebration and we had a wonderful time! Very helpful and cheerful staff, you feel very welcome, the rooms are very clean and fresh, good choice of songs, good sound and the costumes makes it even more fun!

It's a nice place. They have most songs (although I missed a few). Very nice staff, a drink assortment that will cover your basic needs and a few hats/costumes for flavour in the karaoke room. The music volume was a bit too low in the beginning and there wasn't an obvious way to turn it up. But it's like an iPad, and the volume is on the side. The staff helped out with it. I will return. :)

Really cool place in Gothenburg! Brand new equipment, private karaoke rooms with props and costumes so you can have a great time with your friends! The bar has a good selection of drinks and a chatty bartender! Feels just like Asia!

Had an amazing time! We were a group of 5 and wanted a spontaneous night out on a Thursday and so we tried karaoke at star! Alexander and Alicia were amazing hosts and gave us a night to remember. Definitely try it out if you haven’t. Easily the best karaoke in town!

Went here with a few guy friends of mine, started off as a chill night and things quickly turned into one of the most eventful and fun nights in our friendship history! Great selection of songs, great drinks I would highly recommend "Mackan's special" which was a delicious drink. Elderflower combined with strawberry hit just right in that environment!
