Not organized branch. You feel like it doesn't belong to McDonald's chain!! Are they aware of this branch?!! I tried their “Crispy Chicken” it’s awful! Not fresh at all! It tasted like this: 1. Grilled chicken. 2. Wait for 2h. 3. Oh yeah, they got an order, lets grilled it!!

This branch has a huge space and it’s not crowded, it can be very quiet sometimes too. The staff are nice and helpful.

Excellent food and atmosphere very clean and delicous food. One of my favorite mcdonalds locations in amman!

Always a nightmare to get service from! Unclean and always forget your order and take ages to get it done, that if it was correct !! Half of the time it is messing items like nuggets and ice cream! Terrible !!

This is the worst Mcdonalds branch I’ve ever seen. I tried Mcdonalds in several countries and several branches and it’s always the same taste/quality But this branch was different, the food is disgusting, the staff lacks some IQ. They are so slow and the order takes forever.

Took over one hour and a half to get to me. Food came up cold and unappetizing. Not the first time to have such a problem lately.

The food quality is bad, the fries were undercooked, the bread isn't fresh, and the tomatoes and lettuce appear to be past their prime. This is the worst McDonald's branch I've been to.

Cozy, modernly decorated McDonald's and very friendly staff but with two kiosks; only one accepts visa for making orders, and single cash register with no enough table tents for orders causing bottleneck when the restaurant gets busy, thus you have to wait in line to make and get your order, very disappointing.

Tasty late dinner. Helpful staff. Slight delay in getting the order.

I liked the view from the top floor with the cool air and the bagtesti sandwich this is really cool and also the service was good

Food was kinda cold and late..yet they managed to make things much better. So thanx for the good effort

Fresh and speed service need more parking space

The food is delicious, but I always prefer eating ice creams there more. It's always loaded with people which gives you an answer that people like it, but it ruins the atmosphere a bit..I have no complaints tho, I always take out.

If I hadn't asked about my coffee, I wouldn't have gotten it, it seemed as if they forgot about it, they were nice however

Awesome Chicken meals but for meat meals I think they must start to think how to improve there meat quality and taste not just changing sauses and vegitables only.

We didn't have a good experience at this location. I think they had proper amount of staff given the fact it was Thursday afternoon but they weren't deployed correctly, some staff seem to work hard while others just stood around chatting. The order took 27 minutes to get to our table, unfortunately burger was cold and the toppings were thrown on there, most of the jalapenos had fallen off inside the paper wrap. We were missing our french fries, I asked the floor manager about the fries, he immediately asked to see my receipt to confirm that we had order meals even though we had the drinks on the table. He then apologized after seeing the receipt and said I will ask them to bring you fries. By the time we got the fries, kids has already eaten their chicken nuggets and almost ready to leave. Won't recommend this location, unless you go on their down time when they are not "busy".

Great service Not loud Perfect for a relaxed day

Other branches tend to do the fast part of "fast food" way too quickly, but not this one. It's the only one i regularly go to. Staff are sweet and do their work properly

Same high quality standard of McDonald's everywhere, the restaurant is big and clean. It has lots of seats, play area and well served. The staff is very nice, they take the order quickly and they deliver to your table quickly if you dine in. In Jordan, the menu is more diversified than UAE, they offer Crispy chicken in addition to other different plates of yumminess.

The burgers were delicious. Few vegetarian options. The atmosphere is family friendly. The place is kids friendly. The parking area was a bit crowded because it was busy hour.
