The staff was super friendly and provided great service! You can tell that they care about their customers and only want the best piercing for them! Alex was the one who did my low helix piercing and I love it! He also reassured several times that it's not a problem changing the placement of the piercing - this kind of reassurance is perfect for introverted people since not everyone can speak freely.
