i bought ear rings that were advertised at CHF9, I paid and realised they charged me CHF12.90. I immediately told the salesperson about the mistake and she simply said "come back tomorrow, i cant do anything. The store manager needs to do it".... Really???? so you can accept money and make mistakes, BUT you cant correct them? ok, i come back the day after. New salesperson (whom i incorrectly assume being the manager). i explain the situation, show the price advertised and show my receipt..... and here we really go beyond acceptable... 1) she tells me that i got it wrong, that CHF 9 is for the necklaces not the earrings.....takes both (necklace & earrings) and brings me to the cashier.... she wants to show me one of the two (necklace) would come up with CHF 9 and the other with CHF 12.90..... and no, actually both come up at the same price.... CHF 12.90.... so she drops that argument... 2) she now tells me that, in any case, the word on the rack where it says CHF 9 means "necklace" not "earring"..... i google it and it means "jewellry" (ie BOTH) 3) she completely ignores what i am telling her and ask me to come back later when the store manager is around.... AGAIN, same story! i never went back, two days in a row making my way there, being lied to by incompetent people is more than enough! NEVER AGAIN!!

Unfortunately, today's experience with Clairs at the Lucerne train station was not pleasant. When we brought two packs of hair clips to the checkout to pay for, my sister-in-law and I were politely told by an employee with a Spanish accent that if we took one more pack, the third would be free. We found this to be very customer-friendly and nice of her. The other employee with long black hair who was leaning against the earring station said in front of us that she hadn't said it. This was very unfriendly and unpleasant towards us. She could have waited until we were outside to say this. Customer-focused is definitely different. With such behavior towards the customers from the employee with the long black hair, it is to be expected that you will not want to come back. Thank you to the other employee. They made the day with their attention and kindness.

terrible, unwanted and humiliating experience. I have never felt so humiliated walking into a store. The employee shouted at us very violently and accused us of doing things we didn't do. I'm seriously considering filing a complaint. My daughter left the store, frightened by the screams of the employees. Violence is never the answer, I enter to buy, not to be hurt. Heute der 29.03.21 wollte ich bei Claire‘s mal vorbei schauen und ich musste lange draussen warten da nur 4 Personen rein dürfen. Ich wartete und dann durfte ich rein, ich schaute mich ein wenig um und wollte was kaufen und schon kam eine Mitarbeiterin und sagte mir „ob ich etwa bestimmtes brauche?“ ich sagte dann „nein vielen dank“ daher meinte sie, ich solle mich beeilen da noch Kunden draussen warten? Das heisst für mich ich soll verschwinden. Das Personal kann man einfach nicht gebrauchen Respektlos,arrogant..wenn das meine Geschäft wäre, würde ich mir sorgen machen.

Hab ein Bauchpiercing für meine Freundin gekauft und konnte es 5 min später noch originalverpackt nicht retournieren, weil dies scheinbar bei Piercings nicht geht.

Sehr aufdringliches personal. Kaum den fuss im laden wird man angequatscht was kann ich zeigen Kaufen sie 3 3produkte gratis .

We looked around, looking at jewelry and tiaras. An employee came and said “please don’t play with it”. In my opinion we didn't play but just looked at accessories for an occasion. If the employee meant “playing” then unfortunately I can’t help…

Very rude staff who treated us like children. The employee came and said to us, “Put everything back the way you took it and DO NOT PLAY WITH IT.” If she says it to me, please do so in a pleasant tone. We only wanted to watch this for one occasion. Now we'll probably have to look at another store. Very unfortunate.

I dont care what anyone says about this clair's, I got my ears pierced here and they were very professional and even after I messed up and got the holes closed they were very friendly and helped me with it 10/10

Worst experience anyone could have. My piercing is inflamed (even after constant cleaning and disinfecting). Their piercings turned my nose brown and after 5 minutes if you don't have the nose piercing in, it gets blocked? ‼️never leave a nose piercing there‼️

This is the Roadhouse restaurant in Lucerne, at Pilatusstrasse 1, and not Claire's..!
