I used to like Panera. Look at this cheddar and steak sandwich for $12. Give me a break! They didn't even have lettuce to put on the sandwich. I got this pathetic mostly bread sandwich, a cookie and a coffee for $20. I won't be back here anytime soon.

Rude people and nasty attitude.. Salad is given small quantity. Glen cove branch much better. This place is not recommended.

I was so disappointed when I saw my green smoothies. The price has been increased which I understand but at least make it worth the price. $6.39

just wanted to order a drink and no one was at the counter and the women in the food prep area just pretended not to see me lol. pretty ridiculous. just go to the McD drive through, at least they can't ignore you there.

The restaurant was pretty clean and service was fast! They did mess up my mom’s salad and gave her a half instead of a whole & forgot her extra chicken she paid for. The food came out almost instantly and everyone working was very kind and friendly. I dont know if I’d ever get the flatbread again as it had like no chicken on it, but everything else was pretty nice.

First time at Panera ever. Friendly counter person didn't rush me to order. Four soup selections. Had my order of small soup and half sandwich to-stay. Very glad to see real utensils provided instead of plastic. An oval melamine platter accommodated my half sandwich and soup bowl, no food tray needed. Much less waste and better for the planet. I didn't need to use the restroom and don't know it's condition. Nice, will go again.

Great grab and go place. I always love their Broccoli Cheddar Soup and Chocolate Chip Cookies.

This 1 star is for panera bread on old country rd,planview.. Rude manager....very disrespectful 😒..the fat guy who runs the morning shift... He should get fired

One star for being a Panera bread. One of the worst Panera bread place I have been. Ordered dine in, they keep missing items and I have to repeatedly go to the counter to ask for the items they missed. Moreover, the chicken noddles soup is only have of the portion of other Paner bread. Chicken rice soup has no rice…

I love Panera but this location continues to forget parts of my order or just messes up the order. Today I got a plain pizza instead of the sausage and pepperoni I ordered. They got the pepperoni order fine. But they also missed one of my sandwiches. Not sure what is going on there but there needs to be some check and balance of what coming out of the kitchen.

This place is absolutely disgusting! The thing that just made my food should be fired immediately! They can’t get the simplest order right. DON’T GO HERE!!!!!!!

Great place to study or do group projects, but be mindful if the time of day you go because they will try to kick you out to make space for the dinner rushes. Otherwise it's the same food quality as any Panera.

The lady who takes the order is unfriendly. Stop looking at your nails and play with your broken apple watch. Please provide some service to the customer.
