Der Laden wurde uns empfohlen und wir wurden nicht enttäuscht. Gemütlich eingerichtet, das Essen schmeckt sehr gut und die Bedienung war sehr nett. Was will man mehr? Wenn wir mal wieder in Tübingen sind, schauen wir sicher nochmal vorbei. Daumen hoch, die Preise sind angemessen. Gerne wieder.

A nice place in the historical center. I liked the aubergine side, fries with mayo, and falafel. The vegi salad had too much sauce in it and it was a bit inedible.

Das Essen hat leider nachgelassen. Ich hatte das typische bestellt, Falafel im Brot mit Auberginencrem. Es waren nur drei Bällchen drin, die doch zu knusprig waren und 90% Salat enthalt und oben drauf ein klein wenig crem. Saftig war es definitiv nicht und den Preis auch nicht gerechtfertigt. Dennoch ist das Ambiente für einen entspannten Abend wo man was trinken kann zu empfehlen.

This was a wonderful restaurant and great food in the summer! Only suggestion to Management is to change your booking (opening hours) on Google. As it says it is closed by 7pm but the hours are actually different. This might mean many customers are turned away by Google to come have dinner here. Thank you for the great time. Kind regards

Super nettes Personal und die besten Pommes und Falafel in Tübingen! Vor allem der Auberginen Dip ist sehr zu empfehlen. Das einzige was man etwas ändern könnte, ist die Art und Weise wie die Falafel im Brot zubereitet werden, da alles sehr in Lagen in das Brot getan wird und so alles wenig miteinander vermengt ist. Leider wird auch alles immer teurer aber anderswo ist das ja genauso.

Decent falafel and other food choices. Ordered falafel platter, cous cous curry, some fries and drinks. The place was crowded and service was slow, the staff was overwhelmed and were forgetting basic stuff like handing out menus and silverware, napkins, etc. The drinks were decent and overall it was OK experience. Location is great - one street away from the main square, Rathaus/Marktplaz.

Wollte dieses Restaurant schon lange mal ausprobieren und nun hatte es mittags, unter der Woche endlich geklappt. Es war kaum was los, also kamen wir direkt dran. Die Auswahl an Essen ist gering, da man sich auf Falafel spezialisiert hat. Die Wahl fiel dann bei uns auf einen gemischten Salat, hausgemachte Pommes und einen Falafelteller. Der Salat hatte ein veganes Dressing, das sehr lecker war und auch die Präsentation war sehr ansprechend. Allerdings hätte es ruhig etwas mehr Dressing sein können, da es doch eine ordentliche Portion Salat war. Die hausgemachten Pommes sind wirklich absolut top! Allein für diese würde ich wieder hier herkommen. Allerdings hasse ich es, wenn für Ketchup oder Mayo extra Geld verlangt wird. Für mich gehört eine Soße nach Wahl einfach dazu und das extra abzurechnen hinterlässt bei mir immer einen faden Beigeschmack. Rechnet die Kosten doch einfach direkt in den Preis mit ein, denn ich kann mir ehrlich gesagt nicht vorstellen, dass es so viele Menschen gibt, die trockene Pommes essen, sodass sich das rausrechnen lohnt. Die Falafel waren leider auch eher durchschnittlich, was schade ist, da sie ja das Hauptgeschäft sind. Es fehlte einfach Aroma durch z.B. frische Petersilie und sie waren auch etwas trocken. Das bekommt die Konkurrenz in Tübingen leider besser hin. Schön war aber, dass es so viel Auswahl an Soßen gibt und man sich 3 Stück aussuchen darf. Diese waren auch lecker. Der zugehörige Salat war hingegen wieder etwas wenig, wenn man den Beilagensalat direkt daneben stehen sieht. Die hausgemachte Sommer-Limo mit Maracuja war ebenfalls sehr lecker. Der Service war sehr nett und aufmerksam. Besonders hat mir gefallen, dass extra gefragt wurde, ob die Teller abgeräumt werden dürfen. Das passiert leider nicht so häufig. Alles in allem ein solides Falafel-Restaurant mit überragenden Pommes. Kann man sich mal gönnen. :)

Cozy ambient inside the locale, in our case some of the falafel we had were fried excessively crispy and dry as if they had been fried more than once. Other than that the food was alright.

We had lunch here on a busy Friday afternoon and were lucky enough to sit outside - the falafel and french fries were delicious, the drinks refreshing, the atmosphere relaxed, the staff were very friendly and efficient, the food arrived quickly, the seating was comfy and overall everything was perfect. I can highly recommend this wonderful gem of a restaurant in an exceptionally beautiful location! The only thing that was a bit weird is that it's directly opposite a butcher, but hey, it's not as though you can choose who opens shop around your location. ;) My family and I will definitely be back!

Cosy, little restaurant, clean and popular place, mostly with student customers. Fast and polite service, delicious food. Unfortunately they offer a small assortment only. In lunch time it is rather crowded, must wait for an empty table.

Very friendly staff that immediately helped me to a table. Great vegetarian food with spicey options and lots of sauce options. I took the spicey aubergine falafel with yoghurt and some pommes. Enjoyed the warm and relaxt atmosphere.

Since I last went there, the price has risen substantially and the menu and quality has stayed the same. Even though the local is very cosy and often full, you can surely find better and cheaper falafels that aren't over-fried in Tübingen (e.g. Veggie Box or Kings Imbiss). I still like the dips, but after a couple of times eating here, this place is no longer worth it for me.

Food was delicious, however I think the Falafelteller is too small, next time I'd take the normal Falafel in Fladenbrot instead, which has quiet large portion. The chocolate cake is unfortunately a no for me, wouldn't order them again next time. You couldn't wrap your food if you cant finish it, so I'd say bring your own lunch boxes 😆 I'd definitely come back again here next time I visit Tübingen. Fyi they don't accept non-Digital vaccination proof.

Das Essen war lecker, aber der Service ging leider gar nicht. Wir waren dort für ~35€ essen (2 Personen). Eine etwas ältere, blonde Frau hat uns gefragt hat, ob man "nicht mal langsam noch etwas bestellen wolle", nachdem wir insgesamt knapp 2h da waren. Nach einem verdutzten "gerade nicht". Kam nur "schön warm hier drin, ne?" ... So etwas habe ich noch nie erlebt. Damit ist die Stimmung dann ganz schnell gekippt. Wir wollten zwar noch warten bis wieder Platz für Kuchen ist und dann nochmal bestellen, aber dann lässt man sein Geld doch lieber in einem anderen Restaurant. War das erste und letzte mal dort.
