Understaffed at a planned event and employees were drunk while serving guests at our wedding. Toilets were filthly. Disorganized and very disappointing - did not live up to its expectations at all. Unfortunate for such a beautiful venue. A lot of money was spent and staff did not deliver.

Had my daughter's wedding the 27th December and slept over at the venue,what a lovely experience we all had.Loved it so much owner and staff was so helpful,helped us where ever thay could to give us an enjoyable day/evening.This will go down in my book as the best experience ever.Loved my overnight room too.Felt like home away from home.

Amazing service, great food, good pricing and the staff man they are awesome and the sense of humour when I asked if they have Catnip! Do yourself a favour oh and if you need a venue they are so well geared.

Attended a private function at their venue. What incredible hosts - positive and fun, all whilst keeping an eye on the room making sure it works like clockwork. Food delicious, perfect views of table mountain and an incredible sunset, dancefoor and beautiful spacious venue! They've got all or most of the equipment you need for an event, you won't be disappointed!

The place is ideal for a nice farm and family food. The venue is great and the staff is great. Don't go when they have a function though, they get busy and everything takes time to get to your table. One of my best joints.

I really enjoyed my time there, loved the scenery, quite private, and not far from home.

We were fortunate to start our new life journey by having the wedding at McPherson's Group. The day went off without a hitch, and this is all because of the professionalism and awesome staff. Even the preparation and planning were made to be a breeze with the help of Casey and Arnold. They were superheroes to assist us in the planning and the arrangements. The venue itself has so much to offer. We chose to have a simple but elegant event, to accommodate our personalities. Also the food was exceptional, and very filling (when it came to the portions). I would like to recommend this to anyone who would like to have any type of event here. Also do not believe the hype that more expensive is greater quality. We can attest that quality comes from a quality product/service and not what you spend. McPherson group offers a high quality product/service.

Great wedding venue, perfect location with magnificent mountain views. Only down side is the PA system at the venue which was not great. Also not ideal for playing loud music as neighbours complain.

This place is amazing. The food portions is generous and it taste great. The staff is pure gold. They have the perfect setup for your dream wedding. A everything in one package with awesome views of Table Mountain. From your catering needs, events and accommodation they have it all covered. If you only want to go to the restaurant, it's a must try. They come highly recommended.

I was actually Blown Away by the Beauty of this Awesome Restaurant it is located on parts of Rietvlei Wetlands. It is so Beautiful with a Stunning View of the Famous Table Mountain & they have hosted many Weddings & Parties.It has a very relaxing atmosphere. I went there for Breakfast & had the McPherson's Du Luxe Breakfast it was so Delicious & my plate was full its serve's as both Breakfast & Lunch combined & you really dont need anything else until Dinner time. The service was extremely good & the waitress was both friendly & very helpful. I can recommend McPherson's to anyone & the prices are not expensive. Thank you for making my day.
