In late August, we excitedly booked our stay at the 'Surf & Coaching Seaside Hotel' in Taghazout. It was a reservation made three weeks in advance. However, just one week before our planned stay, a devastating earthquake struck Morocco, prompting our government's advisory to cancel our trip for safety reasons. Given the exceptional and unforeseeable circumstances that were entirely out of our control, we had hoped for a response that would reflect flexibility and warmth. While we understand that not all expenses can be refunded, we were optimistic about the possibility of at least a partial reimbursement or perhaps a voucher for a future visit. Regrettably, our request for consideration was not acknowledged. It's disheartening to feel as though our situation was not taken into account, especially considering the unusual circumstances. It leaves us with the impression that the hotel profited without regard to our unfortunate circumstances.

Just returned from a week’s surf and yoga trip to Dfrost after it was recommended by a friend who had visited last year. Hotel was fantastic (I had a private room with a beautiful view of the ocean), food delicious (varied menu and really good quality), and staff lovely. Yoga was excellent (done on the roof terrace during sunrise and sunset and suitable for all abilities) and really enjoyed my first time surfing. Highly recommend!

A truly beautiful location, with a sunset facing view, looking out towards the famous surf spot of Anchor Point. We visited the bar area regularly over our month in Taghazout & our regular server Abdel made each visit special - with a warmth & speed of service, which made us return time and time again. The location & service made us return a number of times each week over the month we stayed in Taghazout & we’ll be sure to return. Awesome spot.

We came back a week ago but already scheduled our next stay here for the next year! Everything was so nice from beginning to end; pick up from the airport, the food, THE AMAZING STAFF, the nice and clean room with amazing view, the lovely surf and yoga teachers and of course the surfing, yoga and swimming/relaxing. Within two weeks we made so much progress with surfing and we are HOOKED! Can’t wait to see you again soon!

We just went there for a drink. Must be to coziest beach terrace, with kind service and delicious olives when ordering a nice glass of white wine. Highly recommended place.

Definitely recommend! We stayed for 7 nights. The airport transfer worked really well. Breakfast was amazing! The lunch we had included (sandwiches or salad) for the surf trips was really good and filled you up after long surfing sessions. Dinner was also really good. There was always a meat or vegetarian option. We had 5 surf sessions included and we really enjoyed it. The teachers are nice and help you learn surfing or improve your skills. Wetsuit rental and board rental was super easy. On a day where the waves weren’t very good we went cliff jumping which was an amazing experience. The yoga lessons we had were also amazing. Especially the evening one after a long day of surfing. The staff at the reception and bar are super kind and reliable. The rooms were also very clean. Will definitely return!!! Only improvement I would have: season the dinner a bit more (it is seasoned little due to many European visitors).

We had an amazing time staying and surfing in Tagahazout with DFrost. We loved the villa and Hotel, all of your staff were awesome – super friendly and helpful and the food was great.

Such an amazing place, all the staff were super friendly and helpfull, the bar area, and pool are stunning, the Surf team are so good and take you to the best places, and cater for all abilities, Im an intermdeaite/ long time expreinced surfer and it was perfect for me, as it was for complete beginners. Yoga classes were great as was the food! Such an amazing place and brillaint team!
