Building very nice condos quite good. Security is irrational and demanding. 10 days ago for 3 hours all elevators for maintenance. Wonder who thought about it on a 24+ floors building. Pray not to get sick for immediate transportation. Guards at times rude and arrogant. Same also with lobby receptionists. Acting as if they own the building bossing around tenants. Very hard not to get out of line.

The place is okay only if your office is in McKinley. Nothing much here apart from Venice Grand Canal Mall. The building gym is very very small and the pool too and all amenities are shared between 7 towers. 3 Badminton courts but all in open so it's useless because of air all the time.

Awesome place, top quality interiors, professional staff and a top notch apartement unit I experienced, except one of the guards was somewhat rude on 3 occasions. He must have had monthly occurance. The direct entrance to the Venice Mall came in really handy!

Our room was located at the 21st floor and might I say it was the best room we've ever booked so far. Had the best view just right above the Venice Grand Canal Mall.

The Airbnb room is walking distance to the Venice Grand Canal Mall as it is connected via covered overhead pedestrian overpass. However, the Mall closes at 10p and so is the pedestrian overpass door.

I have lived here 2 years so far. I live in tower G and appreciate the extra RF ID security. The local area is well furnished with everything you need within walking distance. 2 supermarkets, several 24 hour mini marts, pharmacies, cleaners, package return, and also quick access to Venice Mall with endless food options. The amenaties are nice enough with gardens, walking paths, tennis court, basketball, badminton, sauna, and relaxing resting and assembly areas, also a smallish gym but also with an outdoor isometric exercise area as well. The atmosphere inside is very quiet and serene. The staff are all well mannered and happily greet me as I pass by them daily. Every now and then there may be an issue on interpretation of policies but it's nothing a simple civil conversation cannot fix. I appreciate thst here they do not put up with nonsense that other condos allow. Everyone I've met here has been nice and friemdly with any staff member willing to assist you/me when needed. I've lived in several condos since I've been in Philippines and this is by far the best one I've seen. I've enjoyed my time here and will hopefully continue to enjoy it until the day I leave. :) Just my 2 bits.

We had the worst nightmare ever. The confirmation email stated the wrong building. When we got to the right building the SG de Lumen from GRANDEUR Security Services redirected us right away and did not even bother to send us to the desk officer (Donna Dela Cruz) who was not in here post at that moment. My husband insisted to see the desk officer but SG delumen told us that she went somewhere to have some papers be signed. When we approached another SG (Mr. Dolores, Granduer Security Services) and asked where the desk officer (Donna dela Cruz) was he told us that she went to the bathroom. Those two excuses made us conclude that both SG’s are trying to cover up for the missing desk officer. Suddenly the desk officer showed up and right away I told her I was waiting for her for more than 20 minutes. That was after we were told to go back and forth to two buildings, under a pouring rain with almost 20 luggages to move. I asked for the administration contact info but the three personnel refused to give it.

A complicated building, the service admin handles problems too slowly and has a bad attitude, the basement has no ebike charging space and only gives priority to people traveling by car, room prices are expensive, poor soundproofing
