The
cafe
is
hidden
on
the
second
floor.
Unless
you
check
it
on
the
map,
it
would
be
difficult
to
notice
it
when
passing
by.
Just
like
the
name
of
the
cafe,
it
feels
like
a
space
hidden
in
a
cave.
The
music,
decoration,
atmosphere,
etc.
after
entering
the
door
make
you
feel
very
soothing
and
peaceful.
▫️Japanese
four-leaf
milk
pudding
(original/Michelle
cocoa)
$110/$170
This
is
truly
the
best
pudding
I
have
ever
tasted,
and
it
certainly
lives
up
to
the
price!
I
ordered
the
Michelle
cocoa
flavor.
When
I
take
my
mouth,
there
is
an
extremely
strong
cocoa
flavor
and
an
adult-like
bitter
chocolate
aroma.
The
sweetness
is
almost
unnoticeable.
People
who
like
bitter
chocolate
will
really
love
it.
The
pudding
has
a
dense
but
very
solid
texture.
It
is
dipped
in
a
dollop
of
fresh
cream
and
sprinkled
with
a
little
sea
salt.
The
salty
taste
further
enhances
the
bitter
aroma.
It
is
very
layered
in
taste
and
texture!
The
original
taste
is
slightly
denser,
with
a
rich
milky
aroma
and
a
caramel
sauce
that
balances
bitterness
and
sweetness.
It's
hard
not
to
take
one
bite
after
another.
▫️Oyama
Garden
Matcha
Latte
$240
The
pricey
matcha
latte
uses
high-grade
Oyama
Garden
matcha
powder,
and
the
aroma
of
matcha
is
indeed
extraordinary.
The
tea
powder
and
milk
are
very
well
blended.
It
tastes
very
smooth,
but
does
not
feel
like
tea
powder.
The
tea
has
a
strong
aroma
and
is
slightly
astringent.
The
taste
will
slide
all
the
way
to
the
throat
along
with
the
tip
of
the
tongue.
It
is
very
delicious~~
▫️Sicilian
coffee
$170
This
is
what
I
ordered!
(I
originally
wanted
to
order
matcha
latte
but
my
friend
ordered
it
away)
My
first
glass
of
Sicily!
I
can
tolerate
sourness
very
much,
and
the
lemon
juice
in
this
cup
has
moderate
acidity.
The
sucrose
added
to
the
lemon
juice
makes
this
cup
taste
smooth
and
sweet
without
making
me
thirsty!
The
bitter
taste
of
American
style
is
quite
obvious,
which
conflicts
with
lemon
juice,
but
it
may
be
that
I
am
not
used
to
it
~
We
didn't
originally
plan
to
visit
this
cafe
during
our
trip
to
Tainan.
One
day,
I
had
too
much
time
and
didn't
know
where
else
to
go,
so
I
decided
to
visit
it
temporarily.
I
originally
came
here
for
the
matcha
pudding,
but
it
turned
out
that
the
June
flavor
was
Michelle
Coco,
but
I
don’t
regret
ordering
it
at
all!
It’s
so
delicious.
I
hope
I
can
catch
the
matcha
season
next
time
I
go
to
Tainan~
