Mall is more for the young and hipsters. A must go to place in you want to find the latest fashion and gadgets. However, I was a little taken aback by some of the boutiques' service attitude, especially the young ones. They can be quite rude and has no service attitude, which turn me off and I left without buying, even when I came in with the intention to buy! Porter, on the ground floor was one of them! After all the shopping and buying, we rested our legs at the Focus Cafe and have our drinks and cake. Cafe was small and selection limited. Cake was pretty much very normal and a little hard while the drinks were acceptable.

It's a recommended mall to eat and buy clothes, gifts. It is not really big, but if you are aiming for moderate priced items (around 500-2000 for clothes), this is the right place. Misukoshi on the other hand (just behind it) offers much more expensive international brands that may go over 4000. Some notable food you can get here is: sushi, hotpot, pizza and pasta, cake, korean food, japanese food, all you can eat buffet, etc (I must say it has quite wide range of good).

The shops are good but they keep playing this loud noisy rap music. It is a disaster.

Great mall for teenagers!

Pretty good shopping environment, gives people a very juvenile feeling, love the music played by its stereos. The atmosphere created is pretty playful and briskly.

This review regards the XCTRL store on the fifth floor. Zero stars if possible. I visited on 9/11/23 with my partner. The mall was pretty much empty on a Monday evening. The female shop attendant was the rudest person I encountered in taiwan. She scolded me for picking up Damo that were stacked on the floor. She did not want me to touch anything. Nowhere did they post anything about not touching items for sale like in other shops in the mall. I was interested in buying several of the figurines. Because of her rude behavior we left and did not purchase anything. Management needs to hire a new shop attendant immediately. You are losing sales because of her bad behavior.

Good place to buy branded shoes and clothes

The audio for John wick 4 was atrocious! It was all front channel and turned up way too loud! The more I think about it, the more realized I should have left early and asked for a money back

This department store next to Shin Kong Mitsukoshi has many stuff inside as well. Although being narrower, it is worth exploring the food and goods upstairs inside the tall building! Cloth stores and toy stores can be found here, and the route is well designed for shopping! Restaurants on top floors are also great! Nice place for shopping and dining.

I took a bus there, they have more cheap and designed clothing there, I bought 2 winter thick hoodies only 999 NTs. Great deal, not bad material. Store name is Navy.
