The historical landmark has been turned into a restaurant, and the restaurant is no longer in operation. It seems to have turned into a mess of housing. The Water Conservancy Bureau doesn’t know what to do anymore. My children, I heard that the rent is several thousand yuan a year. Is the Water Conservancy Bureau derelict in its duties?
