Nice location, nice surroundings, and the facility is well maintained. Held regular play here, and is the very few fully operational concert hall during the pandemic, I believe. They have their own orchestra stationed here. And lots of world well known player were invited to perform on stage. You can a membership or even a season pass to enjoy the facility even more. The picture was the first performance by Vienna Philharmonic in 2022/10/27.

Visiting the National Concert Hall in Taiwan was an awe-inspiring experience. The structure itself is a marvel of traditional Chinese architecture. Its golden roof and intricate carvings immediately caught my eye as I approached the venue. Once inside, the opulence and grandeur of the concert hall became even more apparent. The lavish interiors, excellent acoustics, and comfortable seating made for a welcoming environment. The main auditorium, adorned with elegant woodwork and plush red seats, had a warm and inviting ambiance. I had the pleasure of attending a classical music performance, and the acoustics were truly remarkable. Every note resonated perfectly, filling the hall with rich, vibrant sound. The orchestra was clearly well-rehearsed, and their performance was both precise and emotive. I was swept away by the music and truly felt the emotional depth of the pieces being performed. What also impressed me was the variety of performances the National Concert Hall hosts. From traditional Chinese music and opera to classical Western concerts, the hall is a hub for diverse cultural expressions. It not only serves as a performance space but as a cultural institution that fosters appreciation for music and the arts. The staff were friendly and efficient, making the experience even more enjoyable. Everything from ticket purchase to finding my seat was handled smoothly, reflecting the professionalism of the venue.

I was in primary school when the concert hall and opera house were built. They have withstood the times extremely well. Everything is still in pristine condition. The buildings alone are worth visiting, and it gets even better if you catch a show from the inside.

A place I visit often. Amazing atmosphere and beautiful magnificent architecture plus high-quality concerts. It's a place worth visiting even though you're not going to a concert.

Love the intricate details to the architecture, not the most comfortable seats I’ve experience in concert hall but sound was good. Overall still a very good experience with a rich history & culture to indulge.

A really intricate building located in the Chiang Kai-Shek memorial area. This building looks similar to the Theatre building across from the plaza. Nice place to just walk around to look at the architecture if you aren't there for a concert.

Great concert hall to listen to music. I’ve attended the Harry Potter Concert here and it was awesome! Every beautiful architecture inside and out. It’s worth a visit since the nearby park is lovely as well.

Enjoyed a nice evening out with my music loving friend here, for the concert featuring the 85 year old French violinist Gérard Poulet who played Beethoven violin concerto and Bach partita no.1

A fresh, modern concert hall with excellent acoustics for all kinds of performances. The seats are well spaced with plenty of room between rows. Unlike London’s Victorian venues, taller people will not need to book seats on the aisle in order to sit comfortably

This is a beautiful building on the outside and on the inside. It's definitely recommended to go to a play at least once. The view is great even from the further seats in the upstairs area. Although if you're sitting too far to the right or left the view might be slightly blocked.

I'm grateful having some chances to enjoy good music in this Concert Hall, like from 音契 (Yin Qi Foundation), Jakarta Simfonia Orchestra (2019 Grand Concert Tour) Note: I took the photos during break time

Very beautiful, majestic. I love the combination of colors and how detailed the roof design is, as with other Chinese architecture. I did not mind the heat of noon time when I was clicking away with my camera in every angle possible.

Architecturally a Chinese Culture Exterior with interior unlike elaborate and grand European opera house, it is designed in a simpler but modern functional manner. Sound quality is good. More modern Taichung National Theater or Weiwuying, also known as the National Kaohsiung Center for the Arts (largest arts venue under one single roof in the entire world. It has the largest pipe organ in Asia, named as one of the top 100 places in the world by Time Magazine), may have better sound quality. National Concert Hall was one of the first, and it has its nostalgic charm.

Enjoyed Welly & Dina Live in Concert at Sat., May 1st Matinee. What an unforgettable experience! The program featuring Broadway hits and other favorites was performed flawlessly by the soloists and the orchestra. No wonder the audience shouted, "Encore!" again and again.
