Great building with good staff. They are professional, friendly, and helpful. There is a cafeteria, 7/11, post office, dry-cleaning shop, and other stores in the basement. Avoid the 1st floors' coffee, it's terrible.

Been here several times, for medical conventions, for Christmas concerts, etc. It’s really a grand huge hall. To my surprise is that there is a Louisa inside on the 1st floor, which is good for sometimes the meetings are really early, and coffee is essential to start a good morning. :)

I have there for a conference meeting related to Taiwan-India business. Easy to find the conference hall, as there are many different hall for meeting. Proper display to guide you and even the security guard is quite helpful.

There is a muslim prayer room, but you need to ask the staff for them to unlock the keys. Place is nice for concert, near mrt too

Very bad experience here for the first time attending a conference. The staffs are not trained well, even though you wait in line, the staffs let older people jump in line. People crowded in the room without seats. Ringing phones while the speaker is talking. I’d prefer not to be here again!

Was there for Lee Gikwang’s concert. Location was great but the facility was quite old and the sound system/lights were not so great in my opinion. But the seats were spacious and comfy to sit for a few hours.

Nice environment in the airport. Just the custom need a bit longer time to queue when there is travel group. Nice flower arrangement decoration.
