We have enjoyed going to this Sense location in the past, but I had to give it 3 stars for their inconsistencies in terms of trained staff. Lately it seems that it is not a dependable spa that we can go to any longer for a good massage experience. There are several staff members who obviously are untrained or inexperienced (or both), or worse, they just seem not to care about making your experience a happy and relaxing one that is worthy of their higher fees. We most likely will not be returning to this spa again, and I won’t recommend it to others.

An absolute waste of money to do oil massage here. They literally only rub the oil on you….. the “massage” is so light you can barely feel anything. That’s 700baht for someone to just apply oil on me. My friend who took the “hot oil” massage (800baht) had the exact same experience and the best part? The oil is not even warm. There’s also no shower offered for us to rinse, unlike other massage places we have been to. Another friend did not enjoy her head, back and shoulder either. She felt sore after. She did the same service with 3 other massage places in Chiangmai and this was the worst for her too. All there is to this massage place is the aesthetically-pleasing interior. If you would like to visit, you can try other services if you are up for it.

Incredible spa, the most amazing staff with the best quality and options for massages. We did a full 2.5 hours with deep tissue and Thai ball massage and it was great! The foot scrub was great as well! Facilities are luxurious. Lavender tea is great.

Highly recommended. Very experienced and skillful practitioners. Get the package, the Thai yoga, herbal ball and oil massage a divine treat for 2.5 hours. I wish I can go back every week. They serve tea and snacks for free as well. Such a gem in the old city. The facilities is so calming and beautiful.

100% recomendable. I took the herbal + oil massage package 120min for 38eur (1400bt) price is obviously higher than in most of Chiang Mai places but the reason is clear...it is SUPER hygenic. Massage was absolutely great. They offer welcome and goodbye drink and staff is super nice.

My wife and i both got a massage in the same room at the same time. We chose different treatments which we both very much enjoyed. The massages were well good and professionally given. We were served complementary drinks before and after which we really enjoyed.

Cozy atmosphere and really nice prices as well. I’ve gotten the Thai massage here a few times and it’s always relaxing.
