Room quite spacious for the price. Convenient location, close to major shopping area and not too far away from the station. Staffs are nice and they allow us check-in before check-in time as the room is ready.

The hotel boasts excellent standards and hospitality, while the rooms are fresh and clean. Numerous AC outlets, as well as USB charging points, are available for guests' convenience. Although the TV is somewhat outdated, it was hardly used during the stay. The provided shampoo, body soap, and conditioner are of good quality. If guests desire additional products, they may obtain them from the lobby in a small container. Overall, the hotel is satisfactory, despite being a bit distant from the station.

The staff insisted to see and copy my residence card, despite being a Japanese resident with an address in Japan.

To sum it up - a nice hotel with a good value for money ratio. I've stayed there for 5 nights. The rooms can be very small, so check what kind of room you are ordering. I ended up getting a twin room instead of double room (one bigger bed) because the double room was MUCH smaller than the twin (no space for the luggage). the beds are short – only 1.8m length. The room was clean. the bathroom was very clean, but small. Breakfast was not that good in my opinion – very few “non-Japanese” selections. The main problem is the there is a big que outside of the restaurant and you need to with 10-25min before entering if you don’t arrive at 7:00 sharp. Staff looks friendly, but doesn’t speak English very well (if any). Very good and FAST internet access (they have LAN cable in the room and a lot of WiFi hotspots available for free)

A nice, clean hotel with spacious rooms. It’s in a very convenient location and reasonably priced. I stayed in the 12th floor and had a great view of the city!

Help desk was incredibly helpful, especially when booking a taxi and looking after our bags, especially since we were there for only one night. Out of the hotels I stayed at in Takamatsu, it was the nicest one. Strongly recommend, especially given the good location it's in.

A very nice hotel for business trips and budget travelers. The rooms are small but clean and well-organized. People are nice.

Good value, good location. The rooms are on the cosy side, but have recently been refurbished to a good standard. A spare mobile phone charger is provided. The breakfast buffet is good too.

Good location. Rooms small. Don't forget to put the sign outside the door if you want the room cleaned. No one told us at reception & we came back after a hot days sightseeing to an unmade bed & a unclean room.

This is a friendly and comfortable hotel. It doesn’t actually have parking so that’s worth bearing in mind if you have a car, but the staff are very helpful and helped direct us to parking. The beds are comfy and the whole place was very clean.

The location was good. All the staffs are kind and warm. The best part was the room. Most of the rooms in Japan are so small and the toilet is so small. But tokyu rei hotel was spacious than I expected. If i have a chance to go takamatsu again, I will stay here again.
