This place close the dog run 8pm! No green areas in general not good.

Large and clean service area, the real time traffic screens were very helpful and the food court was surprisingly well decorated, almost like a classy restaurant with crystal chandeliers and lighting.

Good place to take a break on the IC

Huge resting spot! Don’t miss it! It’s a bland new place. They have huge toilet with chandeliers (only in women). There is exit/entry to/from local street if you have ETC. Astro boys are welcoming you at this place. Tezuka Osamu, the god of Manga, Astroboy creator, grow up at this Takarazuka area.

Great place to stop on the highway and rest

Spacious rest site with a good bakery (cinnamon rolls!) and several food outlets including an unusual takoyaki shop. The is also Italiano frozen yoghurt

This is a rest point with all the support travellers needed. They have a foodcourt with different great food. Their souvenir shop also sells hundreds of products. I think they also have a small pet park outside so the dogs and cats can also enjoy the time here.
