My
rating
is
based
on
what
I'd
expect
of
an
establishment
in
it's
price
range
and
class.
The
place
is
nice
and
well
located,
prices
are
decent
for
this
type
of
restaurant,
less
pricey
end
of
the
Tallinn
"high-end"
restaurants.
For
our
visit
though,
the
service
was
a
bit
lacking.
There
was
no
consulting
regarding
the
food
and
no
describing
what
exactly
is
on
the
plate,
which
is
expected
at
this
type
of
restaurants,
especially
when
you
have
inedible
things
on
the
plate
you
should
know
about.
The
Ramen:
the
broth
was
nice
and
flavorful,
however
the
slabs
of
fried
pork
chops
in
the
soup
just
don't
fit
(try
Kolm
Sibulat
for
an
exemplary
rendition
of
good
noodles)
and
the
poached
egg
was
way
overcooked,
the
yolk
was
like
hard
boiled.
The
Boeuf
Tartar:
I'm
a
huge
fan
of
the
dish,
but
this
one
was
not
among
the
best
ones
I've
had,
just
mediocre,
however
this
is
where
some
explanation
of
what
exactly
is
on
the
plate
would've
come
in
handy,
because
the
dish
looked
to
be
left
for
me
to
mix
together,
which
is
totally
fine,
done
like
that
in
many
places,
and
the
best
one
I've
had
so
far,
I
got
to
mix
myself
too.
The
problem
however
is,
which
I
soon
realized
that
some
of
the
things
on
the
plate
were
quail
EGG
SHELLS
and
some
other
thing,
which
I
imagine
might've
been
fish
bones.
I
can
eat
deep
fried
fish
bones,
but
I
don't
thing
you're
supposed
to
eat
egg
shells.
The
Burger:
The
burger
was
good,
well
cooked
and
rich,
can't
say
anything
bad
about
the
burger
and
really
don't
want
to.
Nice
presentation,
good
flavors,
plenty
of
meat
-
it's
also
a
very
good
portion
and
good
bang
for
your
buck
as
well.
The
Lamb
Steak:
Cook
on
the
meat
was
good,
the
quantity
of
the
meat
-
well,
there
could've
been
more,
and
because
of
the
meat
being
sliced
as
thin
as
it
was,
it
was
basically
cold
when
it
arrived
the
table.
Overall
flavor
was
ok.
The
thin
rye
breads
were
just
AWESOME!
The
full
punch
of
the
dark
Estonian
rye
bread
taste
in
a
paper-thin
crispy
bite!
Plus
looked
against
a
light
source,
they
look
like
a
truffle.
In
the
end,
when
we
left
we
weren't
shown
out
and
had
to
go
fetch
our
jackets
from
the
wardrobe,
they
were
stored
upon
our
arrival,
ourselves,
like
a
couple
of
burglars
:)
Also
currently
on
their
website,
they
have
on
the
same
page
2
links
to
2
different
menus
,out
of
which
one
is
outdated.
