There are 157 steps connecting Toompea hill to the town below, with the stairway coming out in Toompark by Snelli pond. It’s not hard to get there and it’s also well worth!

This is an excellent museum. I was impressed with the displays in this museum. The person issuing admission tickets at the front counter was helpful and knowledgeable. He was also a great conversationalist and offered more historical/political information about Tallinn in addition to the information displayed in the museum.
