The
hotel
was
comfortable,
generally
very
clean
and
presentable.
The
staff
was
friendly
and
patient,
even
during
rush
hour.
The
hotel's
restaurants
were
really
cozy
and
the
food
tasty
and
affordable.
The
breakfast
service
was
also
really
comprehensive
and
tasty,
even
if
it
was
a
bit
cramped.
the
spa
section
was
really
attractive
and
comprehensive,
there
was
a
bar
next
to
the
bigger
jacuzzi,
which
of
course
was
full.
The
spa
was
really
full
of
other
hotel
residents
and
was
a
bit
cramped.
The
changing
rooms
had
lockable
cabinets,
clean
showers
and
toilets.
The
best
part
of
the
spa
was
the
versatile
saunas,
which
were
big
and
really
clean.
There
were
several
sauna
options
and
they
were
really
well
implemented.
I
had
the
best
time
in
the
saunas.
However,
the
hotel
is
plagued
by
the
ongoing
construction
sites
around
it,
whose
temporary
traffic
signals
and
light
traffic
arrangements
were
absolutely
catastrophic.
Walking
to
the
hotel
from
the
center
was
difficult,
but
after
a
few
times
I
learned
the
routes
where
the
sidewalk
did
not
end
in
front
of
the
pit.
Of
course,
when
the
hotel
is
connected
to
Tallink
cruises
and
is
affordable,
there
are
also
many
cruise
passengers
in
the
hotel,
so
the
cruise
feeling
continues
in
the
hotel
as
well.
Empty
alcohol
cans
in
the
corridors,
loud
music
from
the
rooms,
drunk
people
everywhere,
both
in
the
spa
department
and
in
the
restaurant.
I
considered
this
to
be
the
biggest
disadvantage.
The
rooms
were
for
the
most
part
clean,
but
the
new
sheets
were
carelessly
in
place,
the
coatings
in
the
bathroom
were
very
old
and
shabby
and
a
little
dirt
was
found
here
and
there,
the
trash
can
was
not
emptied
and
the
drinking
glass
was
dirty.
However,
I
experienced
a
great
spa
weekend,
even
though
there
were
flaws
and
some
of
the
people
living
with
me
in
the
hotel
were
just
drinking
and
continuing
to
cruise
and
a
mixed
construction
site
around,
I
can
say
that
I
would
still
consider
going
to
that
hotel
again,
next
time
with
lower
expectations.
