Can't describe the food - never ate any, cannot rate the service as we never got any. My friend and I presented ourselves at the reception / bar. Stood their for a full 5 minutes in view of the owner, daughter, and one staff and got blanked the entire time while the owner ranted on the phone to somebody and the other two ignored us. We left, and nothing was said, no apologies, nothing No idea what the food tastes like, but if it's as bad as the service, then it would probably kill you. There are many other Chinese - google those

The set menu for tours is rated unsatisfactory in both quality (taste & temperature) and quantity. The dishes are mostly simplest, if not cheapest, cabbage class veggie, and these non-salad veggie dish are cold too. The rice is like what people ate in China 30 years ago. The soup is plain salty water with cabbage shreds. The only meat dish is cold tasteless little diced chicken in soy sauce. More resembling blackmarket labour feed in a movie.

The best Chinese food you can find in Tallinn! I would 100% recommend Chinese food lovers eat here. If you are fond of spicy food, you have to try their home-made chilli source. Both the dishes and noodles taste very good. The home-made tofu is so awesome that I accidentally bit tongue. I would recommend everyone try this dish when you are here😉

We really liked it. Delicious Chinese food, nothing superfluous. The portions are large. We were served by a very nice woman! Good luck and prosperity!

Not much choice if you are wanting Chinese food in Tallin. However this place was great. You go through a long entrance hallway, then down some circular stairs. Not huge menu but we order the fried rice with egg. It was simple but done well. Also orders the fried cabbage and again simple but really tasty. Last was the spice tofu. Heaps of flavour and yes spicy with Sichuan peppers. Great value. Super friendly service. The owner explained how he came to Estonia and even gave us done home grown apples. Filled our take away with all the cutleries.

Terrible athmosphere and weird service. Even weirder was the fact that the table was soaking wet for unknown reason. Left the place ASAP.

Came here with my vegetarian girlfriend. +Multiple vegetarian choices +Happy with my chicken sweet and sour +Prices cheap. 8€-/+ range +service was ok at beginning, but a bit better in the end. Nothing to complain + Food came quickly -location is underground and you first need to go a short alley before entering Ultimately happy, but could be a little bit better to make more welcoming and enjoyable. But as a first time I do recommend!

Ruoka erittäin mautonta. Dumblingsien mukaan antoivat alle puolikkaan kastikekupin (kuvassa). En söisi edes buffetissa tälläistä ruokaa. Tarjoilijat olivat myös töykeitä, ja wc sotkuinen. En suosittele :( Food was extremely tasteless. I ordered dumblings and it came with less that half filled cup (in the picture). Wouldn't eat this even in a buffet. The waiters were a bit rude and the wc was untidy. Don't recommend :(

Definitely the best restaurant you can find in Europe! The staff are extremely enthusiastic, providing excellent service and fulfilling all costumers' needs. Their food is a true journey to your taste buds. The delightful and awesome experience is unique of its own; something you can't find elsewhere. They have a new chef team bringing the most astonishing dishes into your mouth. From their looks to their smell to their taste, you simply can't expect more. What a loss it is to not being able to discover this hidden gem earlier. Their dedication and commitment towards brining the best experience to their costumers is more than admirable.

Microwave, frozen noodles, rude staff & pricey : We went in the restaurant to eat. The waitresses there was much more busy in talking to each other processing take away order so we had to go back to them to remind them that we are there. They dont do any cocktails like Gin and Tonic etc (she had no clue what was I asking). One can only buy house wine by glass (which tastes like vinegar). OUR MAIN COURSE ARRIVED BEFORE STARTERS, then starters arrived within 2 minutes of that. Waitress just put the food on the table and ran back, we called her back and asked which food belongs to who, she didn't have a faintest idea for the name of the dish so she called the Chef (who wasn't Chinese or Estonian, not Polish either, must be Romanian). The Chef had to tell us the names of the dishes. When we started eating, the Noodles were frozen in the middle. When bill was presented, a 20% charge was added automatically without being informed to us (please see the attached picture). Dont waste your money on this, Estonian has got plenty of good place to eat within reasonable prices.

Located at the basement level, this restaurant serves localised authentic Chinese cooked food, which more than satisfied our craving when we visited in September. We ordered hot and sour soup, Sichuan fried chicken and mapo tofu, all which tasted decent. The portions were huge too for the price. It's a tightly run place so there was only one server, but the place was empty when we visited in autumn so we got our food quickly. Enjoyed our experience here.

Not sure why so many bad reviews we went there last week and the food, drinks and service was really good. Foods were delicious, the place was nice and clean. Try twice-cooked beef in spicy sauce it’s so good! Definitely going back again soon.

Harvinainen autenttista Kiinalainen Ravintola Tallinnassa. Erittäin hyvää hinta-laatusuhde. Sweet and sour pork (锅包肉)on ’must try’ ja suosittelen myös Sichuan style boiled beef . Yksi parhaista sijainnista Vanha kaupungissa.

Few years back this place had the best food and service. Now the food is very fattening, music is annoyingly in russian and service is not worth a dime.

HORRIBLE is an Understatement!! Lying Staff. Turning down guests. Terrible people. Terrible service. Food is okay but the staff is bunch of liars. Never ever go there. AVOID it. They are actually proud of their 1 star rating :)

The most distinguishing meal we have had. Starters came with main course. Rise was stone cold. It was just terrible . Trust me find somewhere else. Anywhere is better than this.

    1. Ordered 5 dishes, every one of them are extremely salty... 2. No service at all. 3. Food like shrimps are tiny, beef are not as sliced as described, like minced beef.

I don't know if it was a joke / candid camera but we had a terrible experience in this restaurant. There was 3/4 chinese guys that DON'T speak english in the kitchen, and the unique waitress that served us was slow , confused and she totally lacked in professionality. Almost 30 minutes to take our order (there was just 10 person in the restaurant). I ordered spring roll (never saw them), thai chicken (delivered to another table and after that returned to the kitchen) and a beer (never delivered). After almost one hour the unique things that we had recieved was a lemon chicken and a bottle of water (after asking three times to the waitress). Suddenly, the waitress leaved the restaurant (!!!) and we stayed ALONE with two chinese guys (the chef crew i think) that didn't speak english as I said before. After 5-10 minutes I think they called another waitress, when she arrived she was sorry for her colleague and she told us that she was Crazy. After that we IMMEDIATELY leaved the restaurant and we didn't know if we had to laugh or be angry about this experience...

We wanted to sit in the actual restaurant, but when we got downstairs we were ignored by at least 5 staff members before someone told us that they "aren't serving guests in their restaurant, only on the terrace". We saw at least 15 employees running around and the sounds of people dining in the other room, but fine. Rejected, we went back up and sat outside. While we waited, 1 huge Asian tourist group left and 2 huge Asian tourist groups went downstairs. So apparently they were serving guests down there, just not us. We ordered Sichuan chicken, egg fried rice and chicken with celery. The Sichuan chicken had no Sichuan peppercorns, as pictured. I don't know how they managed to remove all the chicken, rice and celery flavor in all of the food and replace it with a salty onion flavor, but that it was everything tasted like. It was some of the worst I've had, ever.

Worst place I've never been so far. The "restaurant" is underground without any naturel light, no atmosphere at all. We were 10 and nobody has appreciated his food, it was disgusted and with too salted, and any effort of presentation. Plus, I had diarrhea the day after. So many good place to go in Tallinn, so avoid this one.
