As someone with celiac who loves baked goods, this place is incredible. I’ve tried A LOT of gluten free goodies, and these are some of the best! Gluten free products are always more expensive, given the nature of the ingredients it takes to make quality gluten free goods. I think this place is very fairly priced. Plus, it’s a small business and all made from scratch. On top of everything, the customer service is some of the best you’ll find anywhere. Thank you Big Mike!

Y'all, if you want a healthy alternative that tastes great, this place is legit! The food AND the baked goods!!! Definitely worth the trip, price and effort!! The ribs are fall off the bone, the organic gluten-free mac n cheese is the best I've had and the candied yams taste just like home, hard to believe they're healthy!! Absolutely delicious! We were in the area and looking for a gluten free bakery and Big Mike's came up so we thought we would try it. We are so happy we stopped in. Mike was there and greeted us so nicely. There were others in the shop as well and it felt like a local hang out. We tried everything we could and all I can say it try it all you wont be disappointed! Looking forward to going back!

First of all, Big Mike is a really nice guy. Very customer-oriented and friendly. Secondly, he was able to make a gluten-free, sugar-free cake for my wife’s birthday. Normally, all of these “-free” products sacrifice flavor or texture…Big Mike uses some sort of secret magic and makes a delicious cake that sacrifices nothing. My wife was so excited to be able to have cake for her birthday. Now she can’t wait for his new location to open up in the next few weeks.

We found a Gem here, delicious food, home style, quality ingredients, everything is gluten free by the way and they have a good amount of vegan options. Definitely you’ll have to try it, you’ll love it. PS they have zucchini bread.

Big Mike is an incredible human. You’ll have to visit to find out for yourself, highly recommend! His bakery at 7891 Sample Rd. in Coral Springs is warm and welcoming. Ordered a breakfast sandwich and an omelette, both were delicious. Coffee was superb. Service even better. But I have to highlight his muffins and cupcakes! The double chocolate cupcake is insanely good. The carrot, chia, zucchini + muffins are WOW! My absolute favorite. Love this place! I’ll be back for more.

So delicious. Such a great bakery. I wish he’d make it 100% kosher… what business he’d get! I went for my wife who can’t eat the regular flour and was surprised on what a nice place this is. Very clean and brand new looking. I had a extremely tasty cookie. She loved the brownies. I’d love to see a nice chocolate babka on the menu :-) Dr. P

I really wish I have a better picture but I couldn’t resist this AMAZING CAKE. I can’t express with words how fresh and good it was. My non-celiac friends loved the cake too and that’s always a great sign. This cake is spectacular not only for people with gluten allergies but anyone who loves a good, moist piece of dessert. On top of that the customer service is excellent, Big Mike goes above and beyond to make the experience perfect from the beginning to the end. My friend has several dietary restrictions so I used to struggle when it came to finding cake options for her birthday. I have been coming to Big Mikes since it was in the old location and nobody would ever guess they are vegan and gluten free. Im always impressed and their variety is great. They cost more than Walmart cupcake but are more than worth it. More than that, every time I go in mike is there and he talks with his customers and you can tell he cares. Its the type of interaction you feel better leaving the store than when you entered. Service is great, quality is spectacular, and the owner is one in a million. 1000% recommend.

Visiting Ft Lauderdale and made the trek to Big Mike’s. My friend and I both avoid gluten and loved being free to eat anything on the menu! Everything looked amazing and everything we tried was delicious. We had breakfast but would definitely go back for lunch. The cinnamon roll was delicious as were the muffins and avocado toast. Mike and his staff were so friendly and welcoming. It was great to get to visit with them while we tried different foods. Quite refreshing to be able to choose anything!

Big Mike knows how to make gluten free cakes. We got an 8 inch cake. Was ready on time and beautifully prepared. We had a cake topper so no design. Everyone at the party loved the cake and couldn't believe it was GF. Moist and great flavor without being a sugar bomb. My 2 and 4 year old loved it. Highly recommend! I also had a bacon breakfast sandwich while visiting and it was excellent as well.

My daughter has celiac and we were delighted to find Big Mike’s while in town visiting friends. The bacon, egg, cheese sandwich was hands down the best, according to my daughter. We also enjoyed the cinnamon buns and banana chocolate chip muffin. We highly recommend Big Mike’s to anyone with or without a gluten allergy to stop in and grab a treat. You will not be disappointed!

We visited Big Mike's from Washington state and decided on the energy muffin and zucchini bread (to take home). My husband ate the muffin there and decided to buy another for the flight home. It was delicious! We've been enjoying the zucchini bread today! We hope to visit Florida again and will definitely swing by Big Mike's for more goodies and a friendly, loving atmosphere.

The atmosphere is warm and inviting, while the food and baked goods we ordered were delicious! The best gluten-free carrot cake we’ve ever had! Everyone loved it! I called and ordered with Mike. We had a great 10 minute conversation before I even placed the order. Honestly, couldn't even tell it was gluten-free. He even gave my friend a free cupcake when she went to pick up the cake. Over-all, good company, good people, GREAT CAKE!

We were looking for a new breakfast place and decided to give Big Mike’s a try due to its amazing reviews. The food was delicious!! My husband ordered the omelette and that was the best omelette we ever had!! I ordered the waffle and it was also delicious. Big Mike was very friendly and professional. I can tell he takes pride with his food and business. I would definitely come back again!

I had the pleasure of trying their chocolate chip cookie, sugar cinnamon donuts, which were incredibly delicious - moist and bursting with flavor. My fiancé and I went to big Mike’s this morning and discovered a little slice of vegan heaven. Everything we ordered was made fresh from scratch and absolutely delicious. It is plain to see that Mike, the owner takes the utmost pride in this restaurant. Every ingredient he uses is well thought out and considered. We will definitely be back soon.
