Went in for my first visit to a Five Guys and honestly was underwhelmed, prices were extortionate and the burgers had no taste and bacon was more like charcoal. However, the fries were fine and the milkshake was tasty. Unfortunately will not visit again because of both price and taste. Plenty of other good establishments very close by e.g. Frankie and Benny's and TGI. As a side note don't store Potatoes and Oil where customers eat not very professional.

I don’t think I’ve ever had a disappointing trip to Five Guys! This venue in particular is really well situated by lots of amenities and away from the busier locations such as Trafford Centre and the Arndale. You can’t go wrong with a double bacon cheese burger and a milkshake! Delicious every time and I have to say, worth the price tag for the amount of fries you get alone and what ever they do to their bacon…magic

Food and service was fab! Unfortunately the paper bag split and our order got dropped on the floor. Staff remade it and gave us milkshakes for the inconvenience. Really clean inside and super clean toilets too

I came here over a year ago and I figured it was time for me to comeback to see if my original feedback was still valid. I was sadly mistaken. I ordered the small Cajun fries which had gone up by a whopping 60p. I ordered them to be “well done” and they was not and they left an oil like slick in my mouth. The Cajun seasoning blend has also changed and was very very salty. I couldn’t even finish them. I won’t be back and that’s for sure and the mere fact only 2 customers was in the establishment should’ve been a warning to me.

Bacon cheese burger, extra patty, all the way, with extra cheese & bacon. Strawberry milkshake, with biscoff, peanut butter & whipped cream. Large cajun fries to share. Delicious. Can not get better than this. Fact.

The staff crowded at the till with brush and shovel pretending to clean but under my table was totally mess and the surface of it also was sticky and not ready for next customer. Fries were sprinkled with kilogrammes of salt and the same with meat in food. Absolutely horrible. Maybe I wish to decide on my own if I want salt at all. I won't even try to eat my food full. The price is not sufficient for quality. Not recommended and won't come back.

From walking in… to walking out, service, smiles and appreciation all around! We visited today with our children, we really couldn’t have had a better time. Food was fast service, customer service was excellent, we had a manager come to us called Tom - he couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful. Asked us about our food, engaged with the children as they waited for the food to cool down a little bit. The staff are what make customers come back and the staff at five guys, are those you need in customer satisfaction and hospitality.

Don't order bacon from here. 2 items ordered with bacon on. 80% on one had to be thrown and 100% on the other was thrown too. Took pictures of the bacon, as back up in case I needed to show it. I have received feedback already, saying it's cooked to 5 guys exacting standards.....I've not even shown them the coal bunker pieces I received to eat in our BLT's and bacon burgers. Yeah I'd avoid this one. Edit after response. Of all the one star reviews on here.....and there's many tbf. Only mine has had a response. Must have touched a nerve maybe. Hahaha. So if that's just the way it is. I'm glad most companies don't operate in this manner. BMW went to great expense to change their EGR's having responded to customers feedback. Philips changed a vibrating transformer on their CRT some yrs back from dealer feedback at store level (there are many examples over the yrs from many industries) even McD's take on board customer feedback eg the temp of apple pies and temp of hot drinks now is served at an average of 72°C. 5 guys are above these companies obviously. It appears 5 guys don't accept feedback on the bacon they use....so will keep on using it and respond like a sofa and just sit there giving a generic response to, "it's to our standards". Well your standards are lacking on your supplier of cooked and cold bacon. Take this store alone. You'll see many reviews complaining about "charcoal". Don't like feedback hey, ok. There are plenty of other places in the same leisure park. Don't want to refund? ....also ok. Your company won't get another penny from me. Also your response is contradictory. You first off say that standards were met. Also this is the standard is the same throughout your business.....but then say we'll address this with the team and keep them up-to-date. By saying what. "Tell customers that our bacon is burnt to the point of not being edible." Yeah that will sort it. 💁‍♂️ It's not all bad news. The shakes are the best out there. But the way I've been ignored on my complaint via email (yes I did ask to be contacted) and the lack of customer service 5 guys have best avoided.

My go-to place when I crave proper burger. Yes, you pay extra, but it's always so satisfying and level or two above McD or BK. Perfect after night out! Great milkshakes too!

Absolutely elite burger spot. Decent fries. Service is always good. Drinks machine menu is good. Yes a little more than mcds but a burger that's good. Will always come here when I am passing 🍔 🍟 🥤

First time visiting five guys, the food was delicious and staff were really friendly. Reese’s milkshake was one of the best I ever had. I will definitely go back again!

Amazing place to eat, food was lovely and fresh. The manager Lawrence, I believe his name was. Was especially nice with my sister who has learning difficulties, showing her how to use the drinks machine. Which I’ll add has a plethora of beverage choices. All round great place to be.

Had the pleasure of being served by Lawrence today whilst out with my family. He made great suggestions and aided us in choosing a lovely lunch. The food was excellent as always. Especially love the fact that this restaurant is always clean and tidy outside and in.

Not to be confused with the rubbish served in other fast food places like McDonald's and Burger King. Five Guys offers made to order fast food with a good selection of choices/ingrediants. The burger patties are tasty, and aren't fatty or taste like other fast food synthetic rubbish. Not quite as good as you'd expect in an up market burger restaurant or steakhouse. Expect to pay £30-40 for two full meals with refillable drinks. Fries portions are huge, one can feed two adults easily. This particular restaurant has plenty of parking as its on a large retinal park. Service was fast and polite. Only criticism were the drinks machines - a number of flavour combinations were out, and missing ice.

Well what can I say, this was such an experience, I can’t believe it was my first time. As soon as I walked in the tunes put me in a great mood after I had just been sacked. A chap in a black uniform with glasses served me and was so polite and very knowledgeable. I think his name was Lawrence. He recommended the chocolate milkshake and I must say it was 10/10. The burger had a perfect amount of ketchup on unlike other fast food places whom ration it. The fries are insane, YOU MUST TRY. The toilets were spotless, once again making this store stand out. Defo worth the money and I will be returning again! Sod making a roast I’ll be off to five guys in the future.

First time I've been here and completely enjoyed the experience. The food was fantastic and the drinks choice. Didn't wait to long for the food. I went with family and friends, also the grandchildren. Can be a little expensive, but you get great food. The staff are great too. We went after trick or treating, with the grandchildren.

Love the food 2 Thumbs up. But no disabled parking available. I have to park in Two spaces when no disabled parking is available, to get my disabled passengers out of the car. Yes 😁 I got a parking fine £60 Yes I paid it. Thanks 5 Guys. Disabled parking would be a great help. So I now avoid disabled unfriendly 5 Guys all together. Shame food is really good.

It’s a nice treat when i go, with my daughter. I always order the double cheeseburger with bacon, and the bacon is always crispy and I order the Cajun fries. The milkshakes are great from there which I always order a peanut butter milkshake with vanilla. My daughter orders the cheeseburger and the Oreo milkshake. Service is always really good when we go in. We will be back soon.

First time trying Five Guys and lets just say the food was amazing and delicious! The staff were extremely friendly, respectful and polite. The manager on shift was polite. The place was kept clean and tidy, a massive shoutout to the staff and manager for making best burger I’ve ever had!!

First visit to a five guys in years, we were not disappointed. Burgers were tasty, perfectly cooked and fries were perfectly salted. If only there was a five guys nearer!

I had forgotten how good the food is at Five Guys. Even though its burger and fries, the options available can make such a difference. Also have a beer with your burger which is great. Skin on fries chips are also great and you get loads. It does seem expensive compared to the likes if McDonalds but you get what you pay for and these burgers are amazing. I'll be back 😋😋😋

Bought a cheese hot dog, £8.00!! A you got was a sausage cut in half in a roll with cheese and 2 crispy bacon slices! No offer of fries drinks nothing! Tasty but not worth it well over priced!

The ordering experience is an absolute nightmare. It's next to impossible to hear the staff because the kitchen is noisy, the music is very loud and all the patrons apparently need to shout over that music to hear one another. The wait for the food was absurdly long. Fries were good, but the burger was dry and very poorly assembled. I expect much better for the very high price.

As far as takeaway burgers are concerned, it's very difficult to not mention Five Guys. The food is always cooked fresh, the ingredients are always top notch, and in truth I can't think of a high street burger chain who produces such consistency. Of course the only caveat is the expense, which for what is in a essence a high street takeaway burger, is on the high side, but ultimately it's what it is. 👍🏻

Looks expensive but is quite filling. Double burger and small fries was a bit too much so I would have single plus fries or double on its own. Flavour was a bit lost because I had too many incompatible toppings. Think some simple formulas would help.
