Doctor Lugo spent ample time making sure I understood the answer to every question I asked him. There wasn't that typical doctor experience where you gotta try and get a question in before they leave out the door they just barged through. He also isn't one to mince words or set false expectations. I walked out of my first appointment armed with the knowledge and motivation to steer myself in a healthier direction.

Khris is the kind of professional you want when it comes to your health. He is competent, conscientious, intelligent and responsive (a quality I am finding to be rarer every day). You can be confident placing your care in his hands. Update: 1 month in on diet. Feeling great, lost 8 pounds and best of all, no hunger pains. Definitely a 5 star rating. 10 Week Update: 21 pounds lost, nice and steady. Still feel great and not hungry. Getting near my goal and very happy with BAMM and their expert care.
