The staff is always polite, and professional. I have an overwhelming fear of needles, and Ms. Raiza goes out of her way to help me relax, and does her job with no discomfort to me at all. I am no longer nervous about my visits to the Dr.

My daughter's life was saved when the practitioner urge me to take her to the hospital. She had returned my call timely, and after I explained my daughter's symptoms, she was very clear that the situation was an emergency. I heeded the practitioner's advice and my daughter was treated for a life threatening condition. I'm forever grateful. Thanks!!!!!

Dr. Desai and his staff are wonderful! They always take great care of my mom. We recently moved 45 minutes away and still drive to see Dr Desai and his staff. They always know who my mom is and treat her with the utmost kindness and respect. We won't ever change doctors unless we move out of state.

My new primary care physician's office. Easy to speak with staff members. Easy to get to, not located in an overly busy area. Easy parking. Everything is easy. My needs are usually met, without any problems. I enjoy my visits here.

They always seem to call me when I’m still in the hospital instead of calling me to schedule a follow up after I’m discharged, when I don’t answer they seem to call my family which I find inappropriate and lack of privacy. Most of the time I don’t go to this facility because they always forget to have the doctor send in my medication and most of the time they can’t help me so I just refer to my own team of specialist. May have to unfortunately change doctors. I tried them out for 2 years and tried understanding but Haven’t had the best experience with them.

Awesome. I have been going to them for a while and this is the best doctor's office I have been to. Other doctors as well as doctor offices have not worked out for me. All of the doctors here which I have seen are just awesome and the staff is great! There's much more I can say about my experience here through the years but to sum it all up, awesome and at this point I don't see myself going to another primary care physician except this one.

I've been with Palm Medical for over 2 1/2 years and I'm very happy with their service. Dr. Patel is my PCP and I love him so much. No matter the issue he always takes the time to listen and cares about his patients. He handles all my concerns and talks with me about any medication issues or questions I may have. This place is wonderful. 5 stars for the entire staff.

They were courteous and did a thorough workup even though my new patient appt was the following week. They took me on an emergency basis, so I didn't have to wait longer to get antibiotic treatment for my legs.

It was a great experience for me. The staff is friendly. My wait time was about 5 mins. The intake nurse was very knowledgeable and thorough went over everything. The Doctors were very friendly, attentive and knowledgeable, I felt very comfortable and at ease. The office is immaculate. I highly recommend this office if you’re looking for professional and personalized care.

I have been going to Forest hills clinic since 2005 I love the doctors there I love the people there they have been very good to me and I'm 85 they've carried me from that age in the 70s like said she's early 70s to this age so they've been very good to me and they're very thorough I see Dr CJ and Dr Desai but both very very accurate doctors love love the place love the staff

The whole staff treats you like you are the only patient they have for the day! I think the best thing is they do their own lab. work in house.

My first visit….Nurse Norma was kind, thorough and pleasant. Dr. Desai not only listened to my circumstance and concern but “heard” me. So far….. he has my trust (what’s more important than that?)
