I decided to stop by this place while on my lunch break I was drawn in by their beautiful assortment of pastries and treats I also felt their uniforms we there most adorable and fashionable ensemble so it felt like my kind of vibe I was promptly greeted by Heather she was pleasant and helpful Austin came over to assist in answering my questions on the many delectable desserts and Kassandra provided details about other options that I may want to try in The future I felt extra special as this Tag Team worked together to make sure I was satisfied Because I’m a lover of pistachios and all things sweet I decided to try a slice of pistachio pie it was creamy like cheesecake served chilled had a gram cracker crust and was topped with whipped cream and a few pistachios for garnishment it was yummy as well as lovely This left me with the smile I needed to finish the rest of my work day I can’t wait to return to try more of their Italian delicacies and I most certainly recommend it you won’t be disappointed!

What I really like about this store is that they have so many options beyond coffee. I had a Lotus drink and wow! I really felt the energy boost but in such a healthy way. Definitely a great place!

Horrible quality food! This place is new and I can’t believe this is what they sell. They spend more on the decor and uniforms than the quality! Cheapest pastries I have EVER had. The display cases are not appealing and need to be taken down. The bagels toast in the outside, the inside completely not toasted. The pastries taste worse than Publix. Definitely mass produced from Costco or Restaurant Depot. Was so excited for this place to open.😞

Amazing coffee and selection , best service great staff

The workers were all so nice! The only downside was that I ordered a honey matcha they didn’t currently have any boba ready so I said that was okay and just the honey matcha would be fine, I unfortunately ended up still paying full price even without the boba which was around 9$ and some change for some really flavorless matcha and just tasted like milk. I wouldn’t have been that disappointed if it wasn’t for how expensive the drink was.

Overpriced and the owner is mean to his employees. Only nice thing is kind baristas that probably need raises. My granddaughter hated her ice coffee, said it was warm.

Wow , hard to find good coffee shops inside shopping malls and this one is a gem! Cafe Lavazza is always top notch especially when combined with great baristas who are friendly and know how to make a great coffee! Highly recommend

Breakfast sandwiches are frozen, salty and expensive. Coffee is ok I guess,there are much better choices in the mall . Workers are the definition of would rather be anywhere else than work.I usually don’t leave reviews but this was pretty bad

I was talked down to like a child here. The man who worked there accused me of not paying for my coffee and asked me who charged me and was giving me attitude about it. I then showed him my bank account with the charges from the store. I left and threw my coffee in the trash because I lost my desire to drink it after this Incident. Do not accuse paying customers of stealing. I will Never return to this shop again.

Nicolette is always friendly, helpful, and efficient. She makes the experience great with her smile and customer service. The ice coffee and cold brew is very good as well.

OMGGGG this is one of the best coffee places I have tried in a mall ever!! I am so sick of paying for drinks I don't enjoy. I ordered the honey matcha boba for myself and the iced latte for my bestie and we were thrilled!! Also the barista I met was super sweet. Overall great store :)

Okay their milk tea flavor choices are too unique for me. Cotton Candy Jasmine? Why? They don't even have a plain milk tea! I didn't get anything because how are you going going to have boba but nothing traditional about it!

Very unprofessional. The coffee is ok. Food and pastries are stale and rock hard even after I asked for them to be warmed up. Cleanliness is bad. Would not recommend, save your money and time.

Ordered an iced mocha just as it was pictured on the screen (whipped cream, drizzle) but added a shot of espresso. The price was $5.25 on the screen but was charged $6.45 instead for the drink, plus $0.95 for the shot (expected) but was also charged for WHOLE milk $0.75 AND whipped cream $0.65 which were included in the drink but yet I was charged (didn’t ask for extra whipped cream like it says on receipt). Good thing there was no drizzle because it would’ve also come to be more money for a watered down mediocre coffee. Spend your money somewhere else and at a place that is honest with their prices.

Everytime I come to the mall, I stopped in Qargo just to have a Caramel Apple Cake. I usually grab one to take home too, but sometimes end up eating it at the car lol

Coffee wasn’t anything special and I had ordered 2 mocha latte with oat milk and a cappuccino with whole milk. 2 younger women behind me got their order first looked like a matcha latte iced with boba. They finally made 2 of my drinks and forgot my cappuccino. They said they were making it and I saw them put oat milk and I had to tell them it was whole milk. Not worth the visit or the aggravation and I should’ve gone to Caffeine’s or Buddy Brew. Not worth any photos.

I was amazed by the flavor of this coffee, but when they told me their products were sustainable I was sooo gladly surprised! Not everyday you find a good product that also takes care of enviroment and people. Kudos on Qargo for their amazing quality and responsability!

My family and I are for Brazil and we are doing a quick vacation trip across Florida. So far, we have known great places, but this one really stands out. Ther cold beverages were so tropical and unique. I really recommend Qargo Coffee to all tourists.

All I have to say is WOW. I have been let down from most coffee shops in the Bay area. Most are simply overrated and their brew typically lacking any body. But Qargo coffee was simply amazing. They serve Lavazza coffee and the lattes we ordered were simply perfection. To the point that I will now feel compelled to drive to the mall to drink their coffee. It is that good. Qargo coffee is on my list as the top two best coffee shops here in the bay area: Bandit coffee also is on the list.

The other day I was running some errands at International Plaza, and suddenly I found this amazing coffee store. The design really caught my eye, but what turn me into a real fan was their Italian Fall frappe and the great service that Jillian offer to me. Premium coffee, great design and a very friendly staff is definitely the combo that every good business need to succed! Really hoping to see more about Qargo Coffee soon!
