Front desk is INCREDIBLY RUDE. She was upset because I came back to get a problem fixed that SHE and her coworker messed up. Not only did she violate HIPAA she tried to make me leave because I insisted she fix the problem she caused. I didn’t get rude, I didn’t yell curse or anything. I was just there to get everything situated she came back with the papers slammed them on the counter and screamed “THERE YOU GO,HAVE A GOOD NIGHT!”

This place use to be my go too when my babies were babies but literally for the past year plus they are TERRIBLE. I called at 9:05pm the phone just rang and rang Location says 10pm close time we pull up at 9:24 after knocking and ringing the door bell the front desk lady who clearly heard the bell tell us at 9:30 they take there last patient at 9:30 pm mind you she tell us that at 9:29pm after us knocking to be let in and was ignored. They than turn the lights off again door says 10pm website says 10pm yet it’s okay 9:30pm. What made it worst someone who works there seen us literally pull up spent time staring at me but didn’t mention them being closed instead waited until we got out the car to walk to the door and IGNORE us. Clearly we came because my child needed to be seen it’s called a URGENT CARE.

Horrible and violent staff! After asking why the signs say they close at 10pm and yet it was 9:45pm and they were telling me they were already closed and turning us away.....bernice(is what i was told her name was, african american lady at the front desk with bright long yellow nails, says she is the manager, and braids)decided she should jump up out of her chair and start yelling at me to leave because they were not going to attend to my child or else! She went as far as yelling that I didnt want none of her tonight because I didnt know the type of night they were going through! She was so irrate that i closed the front door so none of the parents standing by the front door waiting to be called in would hopefully not hear the craziness going on with the staff. Feeling terrible that the patients inside were stuck hearing the madness! I have been a nurse for almost 20yrs and never EVER have I ever seen this type of behavior from a medical staff. Nor should anybody be treated this way because as medical staff we have to be understanding to our patients and what they are going through as we have chosen this career to help others NOT ATTACK our patients! I cannot believe this place has somebody working there with children all around that would behave in such a manner!

OK so I’m sitting outside at 9:34 PM and they’re telling me that they’re not taking patients anymore please know that I guess they stop taking patients at 9:30 not 10 PM I’m aggravated because all I needed was for my son to be seen for his ear and that were hurting now I have to go to er something they could’ve took in care of Literally telling me that they were full when there was no one inside and when I kept ringing the doorbell the girl walked into the other room so I wouldn’t see her in the front desk Great job and caring for sick kids

Very satisfied and happy with our visit. We took our almost 2 year old son here the other night, we called prior since we live 45 mins away, she let us know there was no wait but two patients in the back. I filled out all the paperwork online and checked in on the way there. We walked in, the front desk was very nice and collected my co pay and we walked right back to be seen! The pediatrician on was super nice, very knowledgeable and helpful. Thank you for people like you! Grateful that urgent care after hour places are available for us and our babies!

I waited over 2 hours trying to get a covid test and was turned around after making an appointment.I had arrived a hour before opening and was one of the first people there.We were told before going in to make appointment.So we went online and made appointments before going in.Our appointments were around 7:30 . So when I got a notification on my phone that it was time to come back to the office for my mom and I appointment time. When we back the people in the office told us they were not taking any more patients and that we didn't have a real appointment just a place to hold our spot.They even said they are actually walk Ins and that they actually let people in early at 5:30 ,which was a lie because of I was sitting right outside the door.So because of that they couldn't have anymore patients today.This was only a little before 7:30.After this I waited to see if anyone else was going to go in ;and I saw a Hispanic family go in .They were taken right away.I told my dad to go in .They turned him away saying they could no longer take anymore people.

After After Hours Pediatrics in Brandon misdiagnosed both my children at separate times in their life, I have been sketchy about these places. I couldn’t get an appt with the boys regular pediatrician so I figured I’d give these guys a try and I’m glad I did! Dr. Angie was quick, efficient, respectful and knowledgeable. She confirmed my suspicions and the prescription was at the pharmacy before I made it there! We came in at 6:05 and were walking out at 7:00.

Arrived here at 9:27. I rang the bell and the male with glasses that works here opened the door and said, "We are actually closing soon but what is wrong with her". I answered him with my daughters symptoms and asked if we can still come in, he said yes. Walking in he asks if this is the first time here in which I responded yes and he made this irritated head movement and face. At this point I don't even want her looked at here and said I will just take her somewhere else in which he just responds ok with his annoyed face. I probably did him a favor. What an unprofessional way to handle a patient. If you don't want people coming in after 9:30 then update your hours and don't be rude. I have brought my other children here in the past and they don't even take longer than 15 minutes so I don't know what he was annoyed about. So unethical to act like this at a place where they are supposed to see children. Never coming here again!

Front desk was rude, making jokes at my expense when I’m coming with a sick child. The Dr had an attitude & sent my sons prescription to a closed pharmacy without providing him any relief from a horrible cough. He said it was allergies, which was a complete misdiagnosis & he spoke to my 4 year old son inappropriately. I will not be back.

Extremely disappointed, came in a 6pm left at 9pm unattended. My babies would not resist another second crying their lungs out and nobody cared.

Took my son here today and had no issues, was fast to get in and the women up front weren’t rude at all. The Dr was also nice, I’d come back here rather than another pediatric urgent care

We were on a vacation out of state and our 10 month old happened to get the flu. The service here was speedy and everyone was so pleasant. Great place, highly recommend.

I did not like how my 8 month baby was handled. I did not feel like they were treating him with care instead like just because it’s their job and just to get things over with. This is not a place to go if you care how your children are being treated.

All the necessary attention, I was very satisfied.
