haven't
received
a
response.
We
usually
have
very
good
experiences
with
the
food
and
service.
The
past
probably
7
times
we
have
placed
an
order,
the
same
item
(buffalo
sauce)
has
been
left
off
a
pizza.
While
we
have
enjoyed
the
free
pizzas
for
the
trouble,
we
would
appreciate
what
we
ordered
more
so.
That
is
a
minor
concern
as
to
why
I
am
contacting
you
today.
I
was
home
alone
when
our
delivery
was
made.
I
was
first
caught
off
guard
since
the
tracker
said
it
was
still
at
the
store.
When
I
noticed
on
the
ring
camera
I
was
confused
why
the
driver
didn't
drop
the
pizzas
off
since
it
was
a
contactless
delivery.
I
got
my
pizzas
from
him
and
he
proceeded
to
preach
to
me,
asking
me
if
I
were
to
die
today
if
I
know
I
would
be
going
to
Heaven
or
not.
As
you
can
imagine,
being
a
woman
home
by
myself
and
having
an
unknown
man
at
my
door
talking
about
me
dying
today
was
pretty
concerning.
My
husband
came
home
as
I
shut
the
door
and
asked
what
was
wrong,
seeing
that
I
was
visibly
scared.
I
called
the
store
and
spoke
to
Duane,
the
manager.
I
first
brought
up
the
buffalo
sauce
missing.
He
offered
to
remake
it
or
credit
the
account.
He
had
no
response
when
I
questioned
why
this
has
happened
multiple
times,
and
asked
if
there
was
a
way
to
actually
get
what
we
ordered
next
time.
I
remember
seeing
his
name
on
the
majority
of
our
orders
under
"quality
check",
but
obviously
there
is
no
quality
check
if
the
same
thing
continues
to
happen.
When
I
told
Duane
about
the
interaction
with
the
driver,
he
said
"uh
okay.
I'll
talk
to
the
driver".
That
was
it.
He
didn't
even
acknowledge
that
it
was
inappropriate.
We
will
not
be
ordering
from
this
location
again.
I
understand
that
missing
our
purchases
won't
affect
your
business,
but
I
wanted
you
to
be
aware
of
what
was
happening
in
your
store
so
you
don't
continue
to
lose
business.
