I’ve
been
to
probably
dozens
of
Dunkin’s
around
the
world
and
never
had
bad
service
at
one
until
I
pulled
up
to
the
window
of
this
location.
I
had
placed
a
mobile
order
on
the
app
and
pulled
up
to
the
window
(as
I’m
used
to
doing
at
most
other
Dunkin
drive
thrus
especially
when
there
isn’t
anyone
else
in
line).
I
get
told
by
the
employee
that
the
manager
wants
me
to
pull
around
and
go
to
the
speaker.
A
little
confused
by
this
request
I
say
okay
and
start
backing
up
to
the
speaker
that’s
about
5ft
behind
my
car
and
the
employee
stops
me
and
says
that
the
manager
wants
me
to
drive
all
around
the
building
and
go
to
the
speaker.
There
still
isn’t
any
other
customer
at
this
location
and
I’m
more
confused
and
ask
why
I
can’t
just
back
up?
The
employee
says
that
the
manager
just
wants
me
to
go
around.
At
this
point
I’m
frustrated
but
don’t
want
to
risk
the
bored
manager
possibly
spitting
in
my
drink
so
I
stay
calm
and
go
around
to
the
speaker
state
my
order
number
and
name
(which
I
could’ve
at
the
window
as
there
were
clearly
no
other
mobile
or
in
person
orders…)
and
pull
up
to
the
window
to
grab
my
drink.
The
employee
was
just
following
orders,
but
the
giggling
while
telling
me
what
the
manager
wanted
showed
that
this
was
not
the
first
time
they
disrespected
and
wasted
a
customers
time
for
absolutely
no
reason.
The
manger
also
very
rudely
(basically
yelled
at
me
as
if
I
was
a
child
that
did
something
wrong)
told
me
that
I
can’t
be
pulling
up
to
the
window
without
going
through
the
speaker
first
before
I
left.
Extremely
rude
and
disrespectful
service
at
this
location.
Just
because
you’re
bored
and
probably
overpaid
doesn’t
mean
you
take
it
out
on
the
customers
that
pretty
much
pay
for
your
job.
