It breaks my heart💔 to have to write a negative review. I've Loved DD All my life.... So when I arrived at DD I noticed a young man was first in line, yet no one took notice, he waited patiently for about 10mins I called to some in the back so they could take his order. The employee stated that they have only one registered working ( the Drive-Thru ). There are no signs to let the customers know where to order. The floor is dirty. The bathroom are in need of maintenance and need to be cleaned. My Beacon was not cooked completely and my coffee was cold with little particles in it. I understand & feel sorry for the employee not having what they need to do their job. I hope the owner provide DD with what it needs to run as a place we all grew up loving.

Terrible absolutely terrible we pulled up to the speaker box car in front of us pulls off then it’s our turn we pull up we wait 5 mins get absolutely no response so we decide to drive off as we are leaving all the workers seem to be hanging out in the lobby pulling their shirts up and just talking looking crazy. DONT COME HERE!

TPD needs to stop buying out all the barbarian donuts. It’s not even 9 A.M. these donuts are all gone. Ya know WaWa has nice club sandwiches for breakfast, they’re good for ya 🤗 Edit: I was able to get half a dozen the following morning before 8 a.m 🥰

I always buy coffee from Dunkin’! But I will NEVER come to this location again. I noticed that there are never really cars in the parking lot or drive thru, I finally found out why! I came early hoping to grab something to drink before work. I wanted to use the app for the coupons but I never know which drink I can order. I asked which one the coupon applied too and the man in the mic said, “the iced coffee” I explained that I know if for the iced coffee, but I didn’t know which one. He repeated himself like I was stupid. Then before I could say anything else, a woman began to literally SCREAM what flavors they had. She said them fast like I was getting on their nerves.. they were so busy trying to rush me out of the drive-thru that I completely lost my appetite. I will never understand why people with the worse attitudes work in customer service or with the public.

So this is the sourdough breakfast sandwich that I received with my order and I just gotta say that this is sad. You guys CONSTANTLY have made issues with my orders in the past and usually I let it go. Do better please. If someone served this to you, you would be just as upset and I’m not able to give someone else their food cause it looked like this. Also I wanna add that my order was $42.08 I’ll probably never give business here again, I only do because it’s convenient for me and everyone in my office I order for.

This Dunkin Donuts hands down absolutely is the worst Dunkin' Donuts I have ever been to. They don't care about customer service, they put people before other people. They are not multitaskers. To be honest I wish I can give him zero Stars. You have been warned do not go here and waste your time, your time is too precious. No pictures this time I was too frustrated!

The employees are rude as usual. Most employees don't even know the donut that only Dunkin makes-the headlight. And the donuts slightly stale and they stack them on top of each other so the chocolate spreads on everything but the donut. Why would you not put it in the little boxes they provide you? Commonsense folks!!!

I’ve been to probably dozens of Dunkin’s around the world and never had bad service at one until I pulled up to the window of this location. I had placed a mobile order on the app and pulled up to the window (as I’m used to doing at most other Dunkin drive thrus especially when there isn’t anyone else in line). I get told by the employee that the manager wants me to pull around and go to the speaker. A little confused by this request I say okay and start backing up to the speaker that’s about 5ft behind my car and the employee stops me and says that the manager wants me to drive all around the building and go to the speaker. There still isn’t any other customer at this location and I’m more confused and ask why I can’t just back up? The employee says that the manager just wants me to go around. At this point I’m frustrated but don’t want to risk the bored manager possibly spitting in my drink so I stay calm and go around to the speaker state my order number and name (which I could’ve at the window as there were clearly no other mobile or in person orders…) and pull up to the window to grab my drink. The employee was just following orders, but the giggling while telling me what the manager wanted showed that this was not the first time they disrespected and wasted a customers time for absolutely no reason. The manger also very rudely (basically yelled at me as if I was a child that did something wrong) told me that I can’t be pulling up to the window without going through the speaker first before I left. Extremely rude and disrespectful service at this location. Just because you’re bored and probably overpaid doesn’t mean you take it out on the customers that pretty much pay for your job.

I saw a long line and wanted to drive past. Driver insisted we stop since it was on the way to our appointment. The order was wrong in three different ways. The girls all had an attitude. Out of the 5 items ordered, 1 was good. Spare the calories and skip dunkin. At least this location.

Service was adequate but slow. Seemed to he more interested in the drive through than in store presence. Coffee was great, donut was average.

staff was really polite and caring about how your food came out, they asked to look at it to see if thats the way i wanted it. plus just their energy and vibe it makes you feel very comfortable, SHOUT-OUT TO THAT MORNING STAFF!

This one I went to didn't have anything and the customer service was very unprofessional not anything was organized they don't know how to take orders they just don't know how to deal with people. The whole staff need to be replaced.

Krista or (the Manager) is an idiot!! She has no knowledge of the products she’s selling! I ordered a coffee in drive threw and she corrected me 3 times and when I got to the window she was talking so loudly about me not being able to order correctly I could hear her from my car . I asked to speak to a manager and surprise she’s in charge. With someone like her running things your business is awful I won’t spend money here again!

I love visiting Dunkin and getting a blueberry glazed doughnut. One of the highlights of my day.This time was No different with the exception of having to wait for service and a greeting. Not upset as the person working was apparently the only one present at the moment. Definitely, the store itself is in need of more staff so that they can eliminate wait time for clients.

Note - this negative review applies to the store and it's upper management, not the one poor soul who was trying to do everything by himself. The bathrooms - against Florida law - were unavailable because there was only one person working, who had no time to clean them. Again, this is not on him - he should have had help. It took considerably longer to get our mobile orders than we have experienced at any other DD. Again, this is because he was dealing with drive through, walk-in and mobile solo. I would like to think this debacle was a one-off, that someone called in sick and couldn't be replaced, but that's not the impression I got. The sole worker was absolutely courteous, moving as fast as he could, getting things done, and deserves better.

Iced cofee always good, but may times the line is WAY TOO LONG
