This has been the worst CFA experience I've ever had. Google maps shows the location as open at 5am, and as such there was a line forming shortly before. After about 15mins of waiting, we ask the employees "when do you open" and we are told 530. 530 comes and goes and employees are still killing around, not a single person has stepped out to address the growing line of patrons out front to offer an explanation for the delay. At 540 there is still no one up front, no signage on, and no one taking orders. This is just absurd. An employee clocked in around 538, and as he did so I asked when they opened and he said in just a moment. The first orders were taken at 541 am, the first bag with food was handed to a patron at 550am. Not s single apology was made by any staff member. Absolutely unacceptable. AND I OPEN MY FOOD AND THERES NO CHEESE ON MY SANDWHICH.

This was the worst Chick Fila experience I have ever had. The food was cold, and I could tell it had been sitting up for long periods of time. And then the wait was 30 minutes from my order to when I received it. In an airport?? Who has 30 minutes pre security to wait for food? There were also Nats in the food court and the area was filthy! Chick Fila corporate would shut yall down if they knew.

Emma provided excellent service. The coffee was piping hot and delicious. I've never been to a Chik-fil-A before so this was a nice experience. Not too expensive either. Willbe back again when I am in Tampa.

Located next to Wendy's, so choice of burger or chicken today. The chicken sandwich is good, real chicken breast with breadcrumbs and a couple of slices of pickle. Waffle fries and a choice of sauces. A bit of a queue, but cooked to order rather than sitting around for ages.

First meal right off the plane at Tampa. The person taking my order was extremely nice and patient with me as I was standing there deciding on what to order. The grilled nuggets are very flavorful and juicy, but slightly rubbery and laborious to chew. The Chick-fil-A nuggets are nicely fried (just enough crunch at the corners of the nugget), juicy, flavorful, but a tad overly salty. Portion is quite small for both nuggets though. The Chick-fil-A sauce and Polynesian (sweet) sauce adds a nice zing to the nuggets. The Chick-Fil-A sandwich is delicious and the size of the fried chicken is just right. All the flavor profiles from the buns, to the chicken (still a bit overly salty), to the lettuce, to the tomatoes, to the cheese, to the pickles fit perfectly together and makes for a delicious sandwich.

I always enjoy chick fil a when travelling and don’t hold these small airport locations to the same standard as the stand alone stores. This one did just fine and the food was just as good. Got the standard chicken sandwich and waffle fries and strawberry milkshake. All good.

The first time I witnessed a Wendy’s out perform chick Fil A. Wendy’s is next to them and they out performed them 3 customers to one. Never seen a chick fil A this slow and disinterested. It felt like I was at a regular fast food chain. There were 12 people in line with me and it took me 20 min to get through the line.

Fast and hot, chick fil a is always good. No waiting!

Took them more than 20 minutes to serve me a 8 piece chicken nugget meal. Worst iced coffee ever and I know this not the place to get coffee, but come on! They gave me a black coffee, so I asked for milk, they didn't have any so instead gave me creamer which is fine but somehow it made the coffee even worse, went back and asked for sugar and the only option was Splenda.

Did not receive my entire order, sweet tea was not sweet, I received a burnt cookie (hard as a rock), did not receive the correct sandwich order either, and as I entered the area to use my app a reward was updated for a free 5-count and I was told “they don’t do those.” Then got in my uber and the driver told me he just redeemed his yesterday. Very Disappointed as Chick-fil-a is usually one of my favorites!

It hurts my heart to give a Chick-fil-A location a three-star however I was generally disappointed. The Good the restaurant area was clean and was not terribly busy. The bad the young girl taking my order was rude and robotic my food was not of Chick-fil-A quality. I ordered a chicken biscuit and the biscuit was hard and the chicken that was placed on this biscuit I do not believe to be Chick-fil-A quality. When going through this airport I would give this location a second try only in hopes of giving it a five-star. Other than that I can't recommend this location
