This is one of the worst McDonald’s I’ve been to . The overweight, colored, older women in back cash should not be working anywhere near living people. Her attitude is repulsing. She refuses to honor coupons. Always finds a way to overcharge me. Then my bags were missing the fries that she charged me full price for when I told her I had a code. Oh & to put a cherry on the icecream let me drop a little picture of how there bathrooms looked .

I would avoid this McDonald's at all cost! I came here to get food and when I got my order my food was cold plus the fact that the staff members are some of the rudest I've experienced in my whole entire life. I could go on and on but I'll end up writing a 📚 of how nasty this place is and how rude the team members are plus they don't adhere to the hours they have posted, Corporate needs to come down here and have team members fired!!!!

WORST McDonald’s EVER honestly! I’ve lived near here for 3 years and every single trip has been bad, gotten something wrong, or just plain disgusting. Today I decided to give it a try after a few months of not going here. I ordered a caramel macchiato, and they gave me an “iced coffee” so light I thought it was milk and then would not let me pay the difference for what I actually ordered. They then correctly made my drink after i told the rude employee that i am not moving until i get what i paid for, but then they forgot my food which was a McDouble combo. I told the manager twice I paid for Mac sauce on my burger, in which they proceeded to give me a PLAIN McDouble not even any ketchup mustard onion NOTHING! You guys should be ASHAMED of yourself!!! Every single one of your employees here is nasty, rude and should find another job or somebody else to play with. It doesn’t take rocket science to make a burger or coffee correctly!!!

When McDonald's finally automates all its front counter & drive thru staff...then & only then will their "customer service" improve. Until then it will remain a foreign concept that "corporate" no longer cares about. This is a culture issue for McD's. Chick fil A hires in the same age demographic & trains their staff to be courteous, appreciative, polite & thankful.

One of the worst McDonalds. The don't want to work if u go in after 12 they either do cash only and if u do a mobile order they say “their system is down.” this happens every night. And if u pay cash they confirm with u if thats ok which tells me people inside - they really don't want to work. Plus they charge u a round figure of closest dollar which is absurd

One of the worst stores to go to I wouldn't waste my time. The cashiers are rude. You have to wait forever for the simplest orders. I ordered two double cheeseburgers and had to get parked for 2 double cheeseburgers. Insane. This story needs better management.

Disgusting service, ghetto and never open at 12am-1am Probably on their phone eating and relaxing. It says 24hours but it's DEFINITELY not more like 22.5 hours.

I normally come late night the and I look forward to it. Theres this one Lady she's always so vibrant and quote spiritual messages to me every time I come.. She's hands down the best at customer service.

Very disappointed, considering I was running a bit behind for an appointment. I placed my very small order at drive thru. Steak & Egg McMuffin. Proceeded to the window to pay. The lady repeated my order incorrectly, saying with cheese, I corrected her, saying no cheese. She so called corrected my order and asked that I pull to the next window. Got there, gentlemen repeat my order and asked to.pull to what I assume is the extended wait window. After about 4 mins, a lady (assuming the manager) handed me an incorrect meal. Now what made me upset I had already pulled off into traffic and had to uturn to go back to get the correct order. Now late to my appointment because McDonald's couldn't get my order correct.
