I like this location because it’s right next to the airport but it’s pretty upsetting that they don’t have enough staff to sell milkshakes and frozen coffee like the other locations around in Riverview. It could be a staffing problem which I totally get but the fact that you guys are by the airport there should be staff for handmade drinks considering people are on the go or flying in. Other than that it’s a pretty solid location for snacks and sandwiches.

So i tried to pay for my drink on the self checkout and the pin pad was not working so i ask for help cashier comes and cancels my order and tells me i have to go do it again and make the full line this place is unprofessional. Will never put my foot here ever.. Y'all need cashier with more customer service experience and less old lady's with attitude

I love wawas I spend a lot of money at wawas. I bring my own wawas cups for just ice and I always ask them before I got it & tell them I have my own cups before getting ice. Every wawas always says ice is free our cups are not as long as I have my own cups not a problem. The manager Sarah at this wawas limited the amount of ice I could get which I had no problem with however she was very rude and that was a issue for me. I was really nice and soft spoken and didn't have a problem with what she was saying, she proceeded to tell me please do complain. That completely lost me. Who tells a customer to please do complain? I still handled her calmly and told her this is your livelihood, you should not beg a customer to complain. I don't just get ice by the way I spend a lot of money. So because of this I put all my items back. I would recommend the Wawas on waters and dale mabry if you want kind an good service. Also clean machines. Wawas normally has great customer service I would not recommend this store to anyone.

The young man behind the counter was amazing, even though a customer was screaming at him for something out of his control. He was left alone to deal with it and was amazing! Wish I could remember his name but it was 6/19 at 1:15p

I always stop by for my smoke, today the cashier her name is SARAH ,such good person treat you with respect and smile on the face.grest personality .

This place used to be great, close to the house for whatever you wanted. Now the employees are denying lottery service because is to much for them and the will send you to the automated vending machine wish it doesn’t give you a selection of what you want.

Doing one star because there is no option for Zero! The service and staff are terrible. Waited 30 mins. My order was incomplete, no apologies or anyone that would help. Finally the cashier was the only person that could assist as the store manager wouldn’t even come out. Thank you Crystal for helping but I will never go back to this location.
