The women here are extremely rude very unprofessional. The lady named nacey whom is very disrespectful. Worst experience ever.

Even if you have an appointment be prepared to wait a long time.

The nutritionist here are amazing, and very understanding during the shortage. My son had to switch from one formula to another and then back to the original one because of the shortage and it was never an issue. Nobody made me feel bad. she is amazing. They are very prompt and will help as much as they can. I love this office

I understand WIC is a free service, but that does not mean we should have to pay for it with indignities. Obviously the older women who run this program will let the tiniest amount of power get to their head. And if you are "rude" back to them they will threaten to take away your benefits. If you really need the help, just expect to be treated like a cockroach and expected to smile thru it

Very busy office and not enough space to accommodate the patients but the staff is very friendly and helpful. I will still continue to come back.

Only one staff was not so professional working with disabled person and all your info is not private due to them making you stand in line behind person they asking all their info out loud very small place not accommodating to young kids no tv but staff in back area very nice friendly

Friendly and they hoped me instead of making an appointment

Horrible, they did not treat me very well upon arrival, the lady who attended me made some gestures that made me uncomfortable. Yesterday I took my son, they only updated data and took a blood sample. The doctor who took the sample had nothing to say, she treated him very well, she was very patient. When I left, they did not attend to me, I thought they would attend to my son in person, but they told me to call the number to finish my appointment. Yesterday I called and called, only the operator came out, I spent an hour waiting for attention, nothing happened. Today I called again, I have been waiting for exactly more than 1 hour listening to the operator and they still haven't answered me. I know there may be a lot of people waiting, but waiting more than an hour for service I think is too much. I understand and understand that WIC is free help but that does not give the right to treat people poorly.
