Linnea is the WORST manager I’ve encountered at a Chick-fil-A. Also the SLOWEST location I’ve ever been to. I’m not sure if it’s because they have all kids working or what. After our extremely long wait, I’m told there’s no ice cream that I ordered, plus our sandwich was so cold the cheese wasn’t melted.

I’m so upset I always come here but lately the food been not good quality properly want return ever again after receiving raw nuggets for chicken minis this morning

Went to this location for the first time for breakfast this morning. It was the slowest one that I have ever been to. I waited for maybe 20-25 minuted in the drive through for just one meal and it wasn’t a lot of people in front of me. Then when I got to the front they didn’t even know which order was mine. I’ll probably never go to this location again I’ll just keep going to the one down the street. I didn’t even get a “My Pleasure” today. It was just not a good experience all around. I’ve never had a Chick Fil A experience like this one

Worst chick fil a I’ve ever been to. They had one lady taking orders and another taking payments but the lady taking payments started at the back then went to the front car. So we sat for 10+min waiting to order and then got our food within 5 but had to wait a whileee to be able to pull out. Also why have a WHOLE separate lane for mobile orders with nobody in that line…

Our trip was not enjoyable at all. I placed a mobile order for two breakfast scramble bowls arrived 5 minutes later to long line as usual of which we sat in that for over 8 minutes before being able to pull to the mobile pickup lane to wait there another 4 minutes before an associate came and asked name on order. He handed us the bag but it seemed light so we checked our bowls were half full & one bowl only had 1 hash brown in it. We let them know we weren’t satisfied with the portions they were giving & they hardly had cheese on them. After back and forth with the associate he had a serious attitude & raised his voice of which we let him know that’s not necessary we just want what we paid for which wasn’t given if not just refund the order since it’s such an issue. They gave the refund & remade the food once the manager came over to get my cc to perform the return but we will not return or recommend this location. The customer service from the mobile pickup has a long wait then if there is an issue having to experience an attitude from the staff isn’t worth the bother at all.

It’s Chic-fil-a. For being “fast food”, I always prefer them over any other. This location was clean and service was friendly. Order was incorrect, but made right promptly.

They are SO sweet and kind here. I usually order drive thru but I came and ate inside and they ALL were so amazing. Never had a bad experience in customer service here.

You cant go wrong with chick fil-A and on friday if you buy a sandwich and a large drink you get free frys
