So disappointing. 😭 The flavor of the jalapeño corn was amazing but it was served in a container that was so smashed that it wouldn't close, so the corn spilled out everywhere, and it was so hard to eat out of an inside out bowl! When I finished eating it, I saw that it said use by Thursday.... two days ago. Gross. My 'dilla was so cold I couldn't eat it until I took it home to microwave it. The flavors are sooo good that it makes me sad that it was served so poorly. I was also disappointed that every item on the menu had chicken. I would have preferred beans or some other non-meat option. And they reeeeeeaally shouldn't have served me food that said right on it to throw it away two days ago.

I felt thirsty and decided to search for a smoothie place nearby. That's when I found Tropical Smoothie Cafe and decided to check it out. As soon as I stepped in, I looked through the menu and found out that they offered different flavors of smoothies, which made me happy. I finally decided to order the Sunrise Sunset smoothie with strawberry, mango, and orange juice. The service was great and I received my freshly made smoothie in no time. It was simply amazing, with the perfect amount of flavor from each ingredient. I loved how refreshing it tasted and would definitely come back for more.

One of the better tropical smoothies in my opinion. Normally there no longer than 5-10 minutes max

Ordered food 45 min in advance. When we arrived to pick up they were out of lettuce and turkey. Two key ingredients for our order. Would have been nice to call us and let us know as it was an order for staff at the hospital. There was plenty of time to call us, so adjusting the order would have been possible without having melted smoothies.

Had a great experience while at this location months prior. Was in the area and decided to stop by, sat at the register while 3 workers ignored me for quite some time. I was going to ask if anyone could help me out, however decided it was best to leave due to one of the workers sneezing, wiping his nose with a paper towel and not washing his hands then proceeded to handle smoothie equipment.

The smoothie was good. But the problem was that I also ordered the chicken bacon ranch flatbread and when they gave it to me it was missing the tomatoes, the cheese and the bacon. So I told them and the lady told me that they didnt have em and that the truck just arrived. I told her why they didnt told me when i ordered and she just shrug her shoulders, and offered to go and see if she could find the ingredients in the truck to add em to me. But i didnt have time since they took forever (over 20 minutes) to make me a flatbread with only chicken and lettuce. Im really disapointed.

I have ordered the detox Island green at other locations and this specific smoothie tasted really watered down like the ice ratio was very off and it was extremely heavy on the ginger with no fruit. Overall, I wasn’t impressed. And it was 7:15pm, they weren’t busy at all. No customers inside at least. Staff sitting around on phones or whatever.

I had a pickup order at 615pm and I’m okay with waiting. What I’m not okay with is noticing the person who was supposed to be cooking was cleaning instead (which isn’t a bad thing) while my food sat on the counter where they cook. I waited til after the person who was making a smoothie for a guest was done then I asked if he could check to see if that is my food on the counter. And naturally it was. But while I was waiting I was looking around and noticed mold on the ceilings where the air vents were at. Like not just your customers have to breathe that but also the workers are there all day breathing it.
