Again No HOT & Ready! 😤 2 min from my house and i always have to go else where , sooooo so tired of coming here and they dont have hot and ready pizza , like come on if i wanted to wait 15-20 min ill order from itlian place. Youll are known for Hot & Ready so we can just grab and go. This is the 5 time i came only to this location and its not ready and then they wana have a attitude. Like really. Smfh . If you want hot and ready go to a diff location.

I called to update an order I put online. Someone picked up then hung up. I called back and didn’t get no one on the phone until 5 minutes then the last pass me to another lady and then just left the phone on the counter and had me wait for an additional 5 minutes for a simple yes or no question. Maybe your staff should be trained especially the manager who was on duty.

This place is absolute garbage in terms of customer service but what do you expect with kids working at little Caesars. Nobody in there knows how to honor promotion or just refused to do it out of pure laziness. But again what should you expect out of lazy people who can't figure things out.

Last time I will be going here! The last time I went inside and was given a totally different pizza than what I ordered. Didn't know it til I got home. Today, I ordered online and got the right pizza, but bread sticks were raw and doughy and chicken wings burnt to a crisp!

No cash.... what pizza place does not take cash & why would I tip for a hot & ready pizza.

I love their ordering portal. So easy to order when your out running errands and get the email when the order is ready and picking up without having to wait in line. However DO NOT use the delivery option bc door dash has screwed up my order multiple times.

The pizza was really good and made to my specifications. Service was good. The establishment needs cleaning. Well actually that whole area does. But the pizza was good, that's what mattered.

I have been coming here for years. I order mostly in app because the line gets backed up very easily at this location. I've had a few instances where the pizza takes A LOT longer than expected, but for the most part I am satisfied.
