Gracepoint has been doing an excellent job with my care. My mental health needs are met and they're always helpful if I have questions regarding anything that I have a concern about. I love that they have zoom meetings option in lieu of regular brick and mortar visits. This makes office visits very very convenient.

It is an great honor to mentioned & know this has been such an epic experience for me applying much mindfulness of deep inner healing skill sets into this company organization & high demanded environment 100%. As I serve/work/play here I have been able to just share created space & living awareness to support many beautiful 🥰❤️ soul's on their transitioning life experiences of understanding where their at? & As it seems their going through an shadow of the darkness that may dearly harboring within themselves. I been able to sit down have meaningful conversations with patients whom are many times I have witness shadow reflections of my soul in. I been able to stand side by side with them much of uncontrollable predicaments alot while it has broken them down. So being able to serve/work & play in being honest, laughing, crying sometimes after my shift of being grateful to support someone to experience their well-beingness has been more than even the income I can ever get paid of in general. I'm grateful 🥰🥲 to share my experience serving/working at #gracepoint wellness center for wellness.

I have been with Gracepoint for 7 years and my experiences with the staff and my Psychiatrist have all been positive. Also, 2 family members needed Emergency services and I chose Gracepoint for their care. I would recommend their services if you are in need.

GracePoint and my meetings with my doctor there help me overcome the depression I have dealt with since retiring. As a widow who lives alone and dealing with the isolation of the pandemic, I really needed the contact with someone who cares. Thank you, Dr Pancholy!

I was a patient here for two days. I'd say if you need a place to keep you safe, or keep you away from drugs gracepoint will do that. It does serve that purpose. But be aware its not a pleasant place at all. The staffs communication with you is so limited its basically nothing. And it also appeared no one on my care "team" communicated with each other. I will say most employees werent rude, but some are. BTW if you are trans, I would like to say it was very clear none of the staff had recieved any sort of training on trans care, or how to interact with trans people respectfully. Now to be clear, I AM glad I went. I do think GP gave me the space I needed to take care of myself. But just know the process is unpleasant at best

Dr. Sarah Diroff is absolutely AMAZING! I’ve never had a doctor (yes you are still a doctor in my eyes), spend as much time as she does to ensure that all my questions / concerns are addressed. Every single doctor in my past has basically rushed with my appointment, to the point where I’d forget to ask questions or tell them about my concerns. On the very first visit, Dr. Diroff basically held my hand through the appointment. She’s so knowledgeable and relatable. I hope she never changes her practices of dealing with patients unless she finds new ways to make the visit even more pleasant!

I always have a wonderful experience when I come to my doctors appointment. They treat you would love and respect.

The employees at Gracepoint are very nice and very professional. It was a pleasure doing business with them. I am confident they will take great care of my mother.

This place is awesome. I walk in and Gigi says hello, I see she is paying attention to everyone and what we need. Weather is the pharmacy or talk to the doctor or therapist, Weather we need to make an appointment or reschedule. I never have seen in any other place or at gracepoint ad attentive as Gigi is to everyone there. She keeps calm even when there is an angry client she engages back in a calm way and tries to maintain the situation calm and respectful. Truly if I want someone in the front to greet me when I come in I would say Gigi is the one person to have there. No one can do a better job then her. Take this into consideration. Bcause truly Gigi is phenomenal 💯✌️

I’m really thankful with gracepoint, they paved the path for my mom to find a medical insurance a doctor and a way to treat my mom since I was helpless when I first called they guide me with their knowledge and their professionalism I want to thank in particular the patient assistant Vivian and Ada Rodriguez for their time and patience and for being so helpful. On my experience I would definitely recommend this place
