Wow, the New York pizza has made its way to Tampa and it is alive and well. This restaurant goes above and beyond, actually importing water from New York, which is then used in the dough. The pizza selection is enormous, and ordering by the slice allows you to choose a good variety. The store has some digital kiosks that you can use to order pizza, or you can walk up to the window of pizzas and order there. Slices are very reasonable for the size at around $4.25 each. The pizza itself is fantastic. Excellent quality cheese, and slices are fresh and soft, yet sturdy enough with the New York fold to eat it. The Buffalo chicken pizza is loaded with fresh chicken and a tangy Buffalo sauce. The chicken bacon ranch has thick slices of bacon and a delicious homemade ranch base that gives a little acidic bite to the rich meats and cheese. The white pizza is excellent with a creamy Alfredo-like sauce but loaded with a ton of garlic flavor. Their monster 28” pizzas are served in a comically huge box. This box would not fit through a normal door frame. It is insanely big.

Delicious pizza! We got the gluten free one and it was amazing! I love how they aren’t cheap with the toppings and make sure that each of the slices have good amounts on them. I also love that they have an extra crispy option! Will definitely be back very soon!

This place is quick fast pizza delivery and on top serves delicious NY style pizza. You can name the pizza and they got it! Service was quick Employees were friendly Great for big groups to attend and sit on one table to enjoy pizza. Atmosphere was friendly Will come here again I ordered chicken bianca pizza and tomatoes and garlic half and half pizza 🍕

WOW...Best pizza I've had in a long time! Fir The crust was perfect, the sauce flavorful and not too much and the toppings were fresh. Especially enjoyed the REAL Italian sausage that was on it. There's something for everyone on the menu. It was quite busy when we arrived. Ordered 3 pizzas for our group and they were ready much faster than anticipated. Be warned... that 20" pizza is bigger that the box looks hanging up there on the wall... not that I'm complaining! This was our first time here....DEFINITELY won't be our last

This is the spot for thin crust pizzas just like in NYC. They are fast efficient and never skip on taste. For as busy as they are I've never struggled to secure a seat. Best part is the hot garlic wings 😍🤤 I don't eat pizza anywhere else when I'm in town.

This is hands down the best pizza around. If you are looking for authentic NY pizza this is the place to go. The pizza is delicious. The restaurant is clean and the staff is helpful and friendly. Whether it’s a slice of pizza or a 28” pizza pie it’s outstanding. The pizza comes by the slice in an assortment of specialty slices. Pizza pie sizes are 14”, 20”, or 28”. The location is easy to get to and parking is on the street or across the street.

Had pretty high expectations for a NY Pizza place and I was not disappointed! I had to try the classic cheese first so I got 2 huge slices and was stuffed! So good, might just be the best I've had. Greasy but in a good way, the crust had amazing flavor as well. Very easy ordering process too. Can't wait to go back to try something different.

It comes out quickly and extra tasty. Pizza by the slice is still good if you’re looking to sample a variety of flavors.

I've been hearing about Eddie and Sam's NY Pizza for a while now. Especially when I ask people where can I find a good pizza in the Tampa area. Okay, they didn't disappoint. I always start with a cheese pizza to compare. We all agree that it was a great pizza. And, their large pizza is a great way to impress guests just in its sheer size. I definitely will be back. I also loved their soda fountain machine as it allows you a ton of flavor and drink combinations.

Awesome pizza! New York style, thin crust, nice and greasy. Perfectly fulfills the craving. There’s seating inside with all of the toppings already at the table. They do need to work on refilling those jars regularly (especially the Parmesan), but we managed. There are many different sizes of pizza, from two people sharing a 14in to too big to fit through the door.

Took a trip to Tampa to visit family and came here as per the reviews on Tik Tok. Coming in at 4.1 ⭐️ Odd ball star review. I couldn't bring them to 4.2 and here's the deal... Our first time here and while the layout was appreciated, it was also confusing. They have cash register to place order for single slices and soda. They also have 'online' tablets to place your order... Ok. Then there's a video monitor showcasing their food showing if you place order online, you get 10% off. But, the discount applies to orders placed on your phone, which they considered "online". Alright, so we ordered our pizzas online and Sicilian slice and soda at cash register. The Sicilian was good though my corner slice didn't have enough of the sauce and cheese to cover it - there was about a good 1 ½" - 2" of crust. On to the largest pizza... I appreciated the obnoxious size and while it was good, there were some down sides. I found the sauce alittle sweet though it had the right amount of cheese. The dough however was alittle dense for such a large pie - this may be fine for some but it threw off the texture. We also order the Buffalo chicken, which the Mrs. said it was good. Honestly the place was busy but I left just alittle disappointed.

The pizza here tasted so delicious. The slice are huge and super cheesy. You can get full with just 2 pieces of pizza. My favorite is the Hawaiian pizza and chicken parm. I highly recommend the chicken parm pizza and the eggplant pizza. The restaurant has many seats inside and outside to sit down and enjoy. There’s self service, but you can go to the counter and order as well if you want bottle drinks or their dessert. You can also their huge 28 inches pie there as well for parties.

As always Eddie & Sam’s pizza some of the best NY pizza I have ever had outside NY. Service is always good there. They import water from NY to make it authentic NY pizza. Beside cheese pizza I love their Parmesan eggplant pizza.

Eddie and Sam’s is the best pizza in downtown Tampa. If you want NY style pizza without making the trip to NYC, this is the place. Not much more I can say about this place.

Excellent pizza, only a 7 minute walk from the courthouse (jury duty). I had a slice of meat pizza and a slice of Hawaiian with a fountain drink. Hot with thin crispy NY style crust.

My boyfriend stopped by last night to pick up a 20” inch, White Blanco pie with spinach, chicken, mushrooms, fresh garlic. One slice was enough for me! Had them double slice the pizza as the slices are huge. The best pie hands down in the Bay Area.

3.50-4.25 per slice which is a good price for how big their slices are. They were also loaded with cheese. We didn't like the sauce . The chicken parmesan also wasn't very good

Pizza lovers if you love pizza, stop with the chain pizzas and come here. This is real Italian pizza!! 😋 and they have an assortment of slices to choose from. If you just want a couple slices their biggest pizza is 24 inches of heaven!

I don’t Doordash often but when I do, I spend twice as much for being lazy 😅 Although it was delivery, my pie still arrived fresh. I ordered the lasagna pizza and added eggplant. Although I would’ve liked the eggplant to be a bit more crispy—I can’t really complain as it worked really well with the combination. The marinara had a nice consistency and taste and it wasn’t too runny or bitter. The cheese was melted perfectly and the seasonings topped everything off really well. Of course you can add red pepper flakes because that makes everything better.

We have lived here for 4 years and finally tried this place. It was so good! Our picky eater even loved it. Wish we would have tried it sooner! 5 🌟 s!!

We stopped for slices on a Sunday, so it was a little busy and no place to sit inside. But the service was fast and the food was very tasty! I had two slices: a supreme and an eggplant parm. Both were loaded with toppings and delicious. We shared mozzarella sticks, and they were hot and fresh. Definitely worth the visit if you're downtown and looking for awesome pizza!

Kind of a quirky experience being that it was semi-cafeteria style ordering mostly automated through touch screen. Also the seating is kind of limited especially with the popularity of this place. The pizza is some of the best pizza I've eaten! The crust was top-notch. We had three different pizzas, a 28-in cheese, 20-in tomato and basil, and a 14-in supreme. All were excellent! I highly recommend this place but be prepared to wait for a table and it's seat yourself only or take out.

We are originally from NY so we are very picky about our pizza. We have been hanging out, and enjoying pizzas at Eddie and Sam's for over half a decade. I am a huge fan of Sicilian pizza and they do it right. We love the staff there and it is so easy to get in and out of there quickly...very convenient when there are events at Curtis Hixon or other surrounding areas.

Pleasant surprise . Pizza was delicious, nice and crispy. Wings were very good. Food came out quick. Must if you’re in the area. Writing this as I finish my delicious meal .

Best pizza anywhere! Tons of options. Family went and of course everyone wants something different. Eddie and Sam's has something for everyone. My personal fav is the tomato basil. Every time we go to Tampa we stop in. Their pizzas are a crowd pleaser!

Sampled 7 slices...surprisingly, Margarita pizza was the best followed by the lasagna...the rest were just ok..parm, white, Buffalo, Sicilian, meat lovers....service was quick and friendly but the smell throughout the location was pungent and a homeless guy held up the bathroom. Pricing was great.
