All said and done, I didn't eat here. I have gone here before in hope's that the service would improve but again a big disappointment. We were seated and the waitress disappeared. She didn't introduce herself she just walked away after placing the menus down on the table. My son and I waited close to 20 minutes and no one ever came over to let us know they would take our order shortly. There were only 4 tables in use in the entire place and one already had been served. I cant understand honestly how this place is still open. I get that everyone is short staffed ever since Covid but this has been ongoing for years. Sorry guys I'm done and wont be returning anytime soon.

I've been going to this location for years and never had an experience as bad as my family did yesterday. The server was telling another server to take us for some reason when we walked in even though the place was about empty at the time. She sat us at a dirty table and wiped the dirt on my lap instead of towards the floor. We didn't see her at all after she dropped the food. She didn't stop back by to see if the food was okay or if we needed anything. I saw the manager asking the tables behind us how everything was but he walked right past our table. The hostess asked the table right behind us if they needed refills. She didn't ask us even though I had our empty cups at the very edge of the table. We had to ask for the check. They all treated us poorly and like we weren't paying customers. It was terrible and we'll never eat there again. They need to focus on better customer service, even the manager. I used to be a server and there is absolutely no excuse for any of that. None. I know the workforce is lacking right now but that was just pathetic.

I will never order from Applebee’s again. We ordered $60 worth of food (Uber Eats) We were missing the Chicken Alfredo Pasta meal, they gave us soggy French Fries and when I called to speak with a manager, she said there was nothing they could do since Uber Eats is a 3rd party. Unbelievable.

The food was good, I got the chicken pasta but whenever we opened the silverware it was dirty and had to get new ones, im glad i checked. Staff was friendly but took a little to get seated (no one was in the front) Maybe because it was really empty but it was about 8-9 at night so I would’ve thought it would’ve been more packed. It was just a last minute decision and was decent.

First time visiting this establishment. I ordered myself a marmalade shark cocktail. It was sincerely interesting what they would bring and how it would look. They brought me a cocktail without anything. Only when I myself asked the waitress where the marmalade was, she said that they were over. This should be discussed in advance. I was not even offered to choose another cocktail or skip this one. My boyfriend ordered a cocktail with a promotional picture where the drink was garnished with an ornamental palm tree and a cocktail cherry. Brought without anything. The food may be delicious there, but such an attitude to trifles spoiled the impression. I wanted to try something new, take pictures, share with friends, but in the end I just got upset. We won't be joining this network again.

We ordered curbside and had the pleasure of being served by Koda. She was friendly and attentive. And we will return and dine in next time just because of her awesome attitude. Excellent!

Kat is absolutely perfect and I wish I could take her home as nanny, she calmed my almost two year old down when we were ready to walk out because of her behavior. Kat brought us extra crayons and calmed my baby down. She was exceptional beyond all means. I'll definitely come back and request her.

Katt and Larissa made the meal as great as they could after the food was incorrect. Service was great! Katt is always super sweet and takes care of her customers and Larissa is a phenomenal manager with impeccable people skills!

Katt took care of us on Saturday around 1am. I will say she was extremely sweet. We got our food before we even got our drinks, while the manager was behind the bar on his phone the entire time. Katt had no other tables so there was no excuse for our drinks to get out after our food. He did not come over and ask how anything was, since he was so busy on his phone. The food was good, but I will not be coming to this location again.

We came here, 2 nights in a row!! And we had such a good time. The food is so good. The draft beer is amazing. But the most awesome thing, is the service.. They have an amazing lady bartender.. Katt's customer service was exceptional. She was kind and attentive to the customers' needs. When we asked for light seasoning on our food, she made sure our meal came out just as we requested. I would highly recommend her.

My food was good but could have been a little hotter. The other people with me had steaming food lol. Carolyn, our server was very nice and prompt with our requests.

Good atmosphere and wonderful service especially by Katt who was super friendly, and helpful. They have a great price each day for a particular dish. You won't have to wait too long to get your orders ready. Definitely will go back.

My second time here on a Friday, the 1st time I sat at the bar and it was so fun. Today I sat on a booth and Lora was so attentive and very friendly. The whole staff is very friendly and my food is fresh and great presentation. Clean restaurant, sorry no food photos, I ate it! 🤣🤣

I had a waitress that was a little hesitant to bring coasters& napkins to the table. I wanted to tip her a nice tip because I know not to take it personal- my friends treated me for my birthday ...she was an awesome waitress . I thanked her kindly at the end for her service of the wonderful steak, mashed potatoes,& broccoli. It was so delicious ,and the steak 🥩 was cooked to my liking- the broccoli was just as good, but the mashed potatoes the best ! ; it was my favorite meal off the menu. Spot on.

Best Shrimp and Parmesan Sirloin I think I ever had from here. Big shout out to the cooks and also our waitress Diane for her excellent customer service as our waitress. She made my family and I feel welcomed. Definitely will be coming back again for another round!!

Used to be regulars here when we lived nearby. Always nice to stop in when we're back in town. Good drinks from the bar and the Bourbon Street Chicken and shrimp is great too!

1-Waited 15 min after being seated with no one to wait on us. Restaurant not even busy. We got up and told someone that no one had attended us. 5 min later, still no server in site. Got up and told the greeter. Finally we met our server a couple minutes later. 2- I ordered a salad, it had about 2 Oz of water under the salad. Manager gave us a free appetizer, They need to get their act together.

It was a cold evening and I knew I wanted to enjoy the tomato soup and after finishing it, I decided to get an order of nachos. I sat with Mama at the bar and she could not have been any nicer or friendlier. The service was great.

Awful. Was a shift change, so some confusion and understandable delay, but, everything we got; boneless Buffalo, pretzel, ribs and salad were terrible. Waitstaff were very nice, but, so much disorganization, and just horrible food. Do not recommend

Shelby was awesome! We are from out of state and have been disappointed by the service extended during our stay in Florida. Shelby was a game changer and made our experience last night superior to all others. The food was perfect and delivered to our table quick ly. Great job!

The food at is good! Very tasty and well prepared and you can chose among many menu options. I love the service at the place and the waitress is sooo friendly with the guests and always takes care to offer the best quality! I highly recommend this place.

The hostess Casey was awesome. She told us about the daily $9.99 specials and half price appetizers. Our server, Noah, was extremely attentive. He provided timely service with a cheerful smile and professional manner. The food was typical Applebee's.

You were the best server and your attitude made us feel there was no wait, we arrived at 658p and left at 820p smiling, we enjoyed our time tremendously and you definitely had the best customer service I've seen at an Applebee's. Service was good. It was a slow time of day and they came often enough but not so much as to be intrusive. Food choice sounded better on the menu than how it tasted, but it wasn't bad. Nice place to sit and catch up with a friend.
