Went late on Sunday, round 12noon. There's a sign up sheet upfront outside. Obviously packed but a quick turnover indeed! All of the diners seemed to be very happy & understanding due to them being short staffed- but hey, they are hiring & IF you are Awesome you can get a job here if not go look the next block over (or something like that) lol ! (Signs) the staff was very friendly and the food was great! I never thought that a bacon egg and cheese Cuban sandwich would be so delicious, along with their rosemary potatoes. I also had the Jamaican Me Happy coffee blend & a small glass of OJ. I like their mis-matched mugs for coffee. I was given the owl 🦉 I guess to help wake me up! Whooo whooo.. 😉 I was offered a bar seat or a table choice. I chose the bar countertop. There are about 5 small 2 seater tables outside & 1 bench for waiting.. If you are looking for friendly substantial breakfast I would choose this place! The customer sitting next to me had the pancake samwich- looked decadent but so did their Benedict Sammies & fresh fruit. I noticed they also have soy milk & thank goodness for raw sugar!

This is a very cozy diner open for breakfast and lunch. They have limited seating, about ten tables and a counter. The menu has nice options, and the service is friendly. I enjoyed the hot sauce bar as well.

Amazing breakfast location in the heart of South Tampa. My wife and I stopped by today and had the two specials. A Benedict and a goat cheese omelette. Both were exceptional. The Hollandaise sauce they had to make from scratch and it took a little longer but was worth the wait. Our waitress was attentive during our wait time and kept us entertained. The coffee is self serve and they have three delicious blends. There are plenty of interesting things to look at on the walls. Our waitress was amazing! The manager checked in on us to make sure everything was going well. Truly good food I have added some photos of some of the interesting things to look at around the diner. If you're ever in the area it is worth stopping by to try for yourself! Good food good prices and good people to run this business make it somewhere we will always stop.

The waitress was good, she interrupted a few times for non needed questions that could of waited , my husband was not thrilled with the texture lumpy powder pancakes , the coffee was burnt tasting. Maybe just a bad day there, hopefully they will check the coffee, clean the tables better and do a double heck on the order and how the food is.

The name reminds me of my Grandma who was named Pinkie also! Food was great! Sign in sheet was weird for a place to eat!

Very nice old style Florida Cafe, featuring breakfast menu and more. Great collection of old gasoline station road maps. Wonderful wood bar and coffee to go.

I don’t know who is back there in the kitchen making this magic but compliments to the chef! We ordered silver dollar pancakes and eggs Benedict and Cuban toast. Iced coffee, all did not disappoint! Service was great they work as a team and hardly any wait! We are locals and we will be back!

You want that warm momma house cooking....the type of food that warms your soul....check out Pinky's Eatery!!! Great prices with generous portions for every meal. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable & inviting. Place is cozy and definitely has the old Tampa feel to it. 9/10 Ps. Ask about the specials.

Excellent food and amazing ladies working the counter. I love the home-like approach of self-serving coffee and good variety of it. I enjoyed a fritatta (open face omelet) and Cuban toast.

Blink and you will miss this adorable little restaurant. It is very small inside yet charming and quirky. I came here for brunch with my family, luckily we didn't have to wait although I am sure they can easily have a long wait as there aren't many tables however there is a bar area for seating as well. They have a coffee "bar", and by bar you grab one of the chotchki coffee cups and fill it with one of the 2 coffees they have brewed and make it to your liking. It was convenient to grab before sitting down and it is unlimited. The food was so delish! It did take a little long to come out as usually breakfast food seems to be quicker then average and the staff also seem to run around like they are all in the weeds despite the small amount of tables. I did read that parking can be a challenge and I was nervous but when we got there, there was plenty of parking behind the building and I heard someone say that you can park at the pizza place accross the street.

This is my favorite breakfast joint! Although I’ve gotten the healthy frittatas, scrumptious grits, carby Cubans, honest oatmeal, and everything else on the menu, my favorite order is the pancake sandwich. Yum!!! Their coffee is so good that they sell their own roast. Maybe my favorite aspect of this place is the atmosphere. One-of-a-kind quaintness just oozes out of this place. There may be a line, especially when they’re short staffed, so go early!

Turns out Pinky's Diner is a gem in the midst of South Tampa. Not your typical Denny's or International House of pancakes. This 💎 stands high above it's competition when it comes to great dining. Give Pinky's Diner a try, I assure, you, you won't be disappointed. Try the bacon cheese grits, you'll be glad you did.

My wife and I went there for breakfast. The food was delicious and the conversation was even better. So good in fact we went back the next day. Beautiful atmosphere, I loved the egg bites and it was my first time trying them! The grits are to die for!

Cute place, typical breakfast food items, reasonably priced. Bottomless coffee is cool. It's pretty busy so call ahead or expect to sign in on arrival at the podium and wait a few minutes.

My husband and I went here on Sat the 14th and returned again on Sunday morning. Very good food and I loved the dark roast coffee. The fruit bowl was perfect with fresh cut fruit and everything we liked. Toasted Cuban bread was amazing. This will be our go to place when we come to Tampa.

Friendly staff with decent food. They allow you to bring your dogs here but only for outside. Food take longer than usual even tho they were not busy on this day.

Stopped by here on the way back home for breakfast. The sausage egg and cheese Cuban sandwich was OK, but the “Jamaican Me Crazy” coffee was insanely good. It was rich and full of flavors, if you’re over in the area I would definitely say stop by and try the coffee.
