The only reason I stayed is because the website posted pet friendly. They absolutely are not !!!! They say this so they can charge you $50 for you bringing your four legged family members. To top it off, they tell you at the desk you get this deposit back after you check out again you absolutely do not !!! Nothing about this place is pet friendly and for your pet to use the bathroom you have to walk through the dark across a road to another property !!! Do not stay here if you have pets !!! There are much nicer places and cheaper down the street !!

I wish I could give this place a higher rating. The staff was incredibly friendly and the historic feel of the place is something I like in local hotels. However, the quality of the rooms is where the good ends for this hotel. We had a king suite room in the tower. Sounds great….not so much. The first thing we realized is that we had a fully interior room with no windows! The lighting was poor and with no windows, the room felt like a dungeon. The walls were dirty and bare. You could see the dirty outlines of the art that used to hang on the walls. The power outlets had no covers on them and the water in the shower would turn off and on at random during your shower. But…all that in my book still doesn’t merit this negative of a review. What made us end our stay early was the bed. Oh goodness the bed. Our bed was so hard it makes rocks seem soft by comparison. The bedding seemed good quality, but nothing can fix a bed that feels like it’s made of solid concrete. This was the worst night sleep I have had in a long time and I woke up tired with a sore back. All in all. The pool and tiki bar are great, the breakfast place is great, the staff is helpful and friendly, but the one thing I can’t look past in a hotel is the quality of the room and bed. This place needs to really up their game on that front before I would recommend this to anyone.

Rooms are not how they portray them to look in the photos. We called ahead of our stay to check and see if they had a printer - they said yes they have a business center. We got there and it wasn’t working so we had to use the hotels reception desk computer. We got to our room which was quite the let down. Broken bed that had been attempted to be fixed, hole in the wall that we had to plug with tissue and everything was just dirty. I sprayed Lysol everywhere and even that didn’t help with the sketchiness. We also were missing part of the security bolt on the door. They took off a few bucks for that - said there was an incident about a year ago and maintenance still hasn’t done anything about it. We slept in full clothing because we didn’t think it was cleaned properly. In the morning we went to get coffee at the restaurant and it was pretty much hot water. All in all - i don’t recommend. You get what you pay for - the price may be right but the choice to stay there isn’t.

Well, originally I was going to leave a 1star review, but with Mr.Odyssey assistance, what was a terrible experience transformed into a decent experience. We arrived after 3, were given a room key, room was Dirty, bed not made, trash on can, coffee in pot...ect immediately went down to front desk.we were asked to wait ...an hour and a half later they put us in a different room, Not the same amenities or perks, and thought I was going to be okay with it. When I went back to reception desk a woman named Jessica wanted to argue with me.If Mr. Odyssey, the manager wasn't there to tell her 1,don't argue with guest and 2- just fix it....This would have been a 1star. They cleaned our room, and adjusted the room price for our inconvenience. Thank you Patrick and Mr.Odyssey. On a separate note, the little restaurant there was amazing!

Linda Sanchez should be fired immediately. Wow where do I start, OK so first off if you are not white, you will not enjoy your stay. I have never encountered so much racism before I got to Florida. I’m not even going to go into the issues. I had the first time I came to the hotel, but just trying to save some money I left west shore by the beautiful ocean to come to this hotel and get their highest priced suite. I quickly found out that was not a good idea. First of all the Sweet looks nothing like the pictures online. It’s very disgusting and it needed to be renovated, but she told me they were sold out of that room and had to move me to a identical room and that was a hassle for me, but it was fine. I had to go to work and also pick up my son, so whenever I go to check out the room, the room is nothing like mine. I paid for the most expensive suites at the hotel, and they put me in a very small terrible room that didn’t even have a balcony and wanted me to pay the same price as I was paying for the suite, which is outrageous , so I told them I will just take a refund and I will leave. And that should have been the end of the story. But instead, Linda decides to aggressively come to my room less than five minutes later, almost knocked me down with the door just to yell and scream at me that I need to get out immediately. Remind you it’s only 12 they have a late check out and I was just in the office getting a refund. I told them numerous times I have a lot of stuff so I would have to go pack. They told me very politely to go upstairs and pack and they will give me a refund so I do not understand why she came all the way up to my room and proceeded with aggression like she wanted to fight me, she threaten me with the police and everything just because she was mad that I was getting a refund and she couldn’t play me the way that she really wanted to. Instead, I called the police since she was so aggressive and scared the heck out of me like she was trying to fight me I have never encountered such crazy behavior, and since I’ve been in Florida, all the white women have came at me very aggressively. I’m assuming this is a racist state to be in because these old white women are bat crazy . I am a very sweet spoken. Nice girl I have a great job. I always stay in the best hotel and resorts for my son. I did nothing to make his lady at the way that she did. There is no reason for it there is no one! Anyone else would have beat her to the ground. Lol she needs to be fired immediately. She is way too aggressive. You do not yell at people if they are not yelling at you you do not try to fight people if they are not trying to fight you all I wanted to do was get a refund and leave and it should have been that simple and said it was extremely traumatic and hectic.

My experience here was absolutely awful… I’ll first speak on front desk associates the guys are very welcoming and friendly, I had one small issue with my room key and it was immediately fixed However, The room was not cleaned properly, they have a roach problem then tried to blame it on palmetto bugs as if I wasn’t from Florida and knew the difference between a palmetto bug and roach from infestation, the bath tub had a god awful ring around the tub, when you turn the water on it runs brown for at least 2 mins then turns to clear water color, the tv did not work, the was pubic hair all over the the bathroom tub and sink, it was used toiletries I’m assuming that they thought weren't used so they put it back. Lastly check out is at 11 am, which is pretty standard right? The housekeeping lady came and knocked on my door at 9:37 and I was in the shower she kept knocking and I had to step out of the shower because my daughter knows she isn’t allowed to open the door, I had to step out of the shower thinking there was some major concern, she asked if I was checking out, I told her it’s 9:37 and you’re knocking on the door about an 11am check out time she got an attitude with me and I told her of course I’m checking out, however proper etiquette wouldn’t be knocking on the door this early in the morning, and I would appreciate if she’d leave and closed the door My daughter cotton candy was still in her hand when she fell asleep the night we checked in, we had a late check in from arriving at the airport at 10pm, so there was a small stain on the sheets, they charged my card $100 for a small cotton candy stain that hot water and laundry detergent could remove, not only that since when has 300 thread count if that, sheets has ever been $100, I knew this wasn’t due to the cotton candy stain but more so because of our interaction with the housekeeper who made sure to let it be known she was housekeeping management I wouldn’t let an ant stay at this hotel, my 8 year old cleans her room better than these housekeepers, and to downplay the roach issue was ridiculous. Save your money and go somewhere else, my daughter nose has bled at a hotel before and we weren’t charged, but they charged my card $100 for cotton candy that a simple wash can get out. Please. Hiring more professional housekeeping workers would fix majority of their issues, the roaches are all in the bathroom it’s awful However the front desk agents were really friendly and welcoming

NOT a 3 star hotel!!! I wouldn’t even consider this a 2 star hotel. It was disgusting and the staff was not even friendly or accommodating despite the mess of the booking being their fault but they washed their hands of it and charged us $300+ per night!!!! We tried to make the best of it for 2 nights but when we came back late from Bush Gardens they did not even take out the trash. They only changed the 4 towels as requested and left 1 clean towel. And to top it off we had a small roach visit us the last morning to see us off! Great job Tahitian Inn! How they have not shut you down yet is beyond me. Don’t book here!!! Their website is a lie. The lights didn’t work, you have extension cords and only 1 was available since the others were being used for the lamps and TV, not all outlets worked, we found belongings left behind which leaves me thinking if they even cleaned, the pool without an accessible bathroom has their bar shutdown for a while now. In all honesty I did not pay attention to the reviews. Let me tell you, everything they say there is TRUE! :(

Stay away!!!! This hotel is a nightmare! The pics online are so Deceiving!!! It looks like a Tropical paradise online with waterfall n poolside bar! Tropical foliage everywhere!! But don’t be fooled!!! There is no working poolside bar, no waterfalls at all, the tiki umbrellas were all beaten up n broken, the place was like something out of a horror movie!!! Very Disappointing!!! Oh and the room smelled like mildew and mold!!!

I was very disappointed in my recent stay. I booked through a third party and got totally screwed over. I booked a room that was supposed to have a queen bed and pull out couch in order to sleep three adults. The reservation said the room could sleep up to 4. Upon check in, we found that there was only a bed with no couch-- so really this room could only sleep 2. The hotel blamed the third party site for not updating their new information, but in my opinion the hotel should be responsible for making sure no websites are false advertising about their hotel. There was no compensation for the mix up and the hotel was sold out for the night. They also didn't even have extra blankets, pillows, towels etc because "they were sold out for the night!" What kind of hotel doesn't have extra linens? The rooms were also pretty dirty and didn't look they were cleaned properly. It was just a very expensive, disappointing experience.

I enjoyed the clean room and the environment, my only concern is that I did not feel like a VIP by the front desk staff I don't know if it was due to the way I was dressed or if it was due to another aspect. One last concern is that the deposit return was not fully explained to me in terms of the deposit return being placed back on my card in a 3-5 day time span. I will not let these issues stop me from returning something I will do in the very near future and I do recommend this hotel chain. Lastly I hope that in the near future Tahitian Inn comes to the realization that no matter if a person is dressed like they are not corporate does not mean that they are not, I could have easily been a corporate member, share holder or an entertainer without them having any knowledge that I was such. Buford.

The photos online are NOT what they say they are! We got to the motel (we thought it was a hotel) and we were immediately disappointed. They couldn't find out reservation and when they did they gave us a room they thought was available. We went to our room and it was dirty! Pee all over the toilet seat, pee in the toilet still, garbage in the trash cans, open bar of soap on the bathroom counter. We went and complained and they gave us a new room which was clean, however not what the pictures online showed. The Tiki bar they advertise is closed and has been for some time by the sound of it. Would not recommend.

As a Tampa native, I must say, this is a casual hotel with a neighborhood feel, Tahitian describes it perfectly with the tiki huts that surround the pool, tiki bar, where locals come to frequent the tiki bar have a swim always friendly faces gathering, the same ambience music, great bartenders, so friendly as is everyone who works here! The hotel exterior and interior is an older hotel, it did smell a bit musty, however during the many times we stayed here whether to escape flooding, 6 minutes from where we live it's been a good place to get away for a day or two, the rooms have always been clean, the king size bed, fantastic night sleep! There is an area with table and chairs for visitors, microwave, mini fridge, standard bathroom shower amenities, although our last visit a year or so ago there was a leak in the ceiling, however it was smack dab in the middle of a tropical storm with winds so high they were knocking bags out of my hand! If you're looking for a casual place to stay that won't break the bank and is truly old Tampa feel, with a little bit of Hawaiian Tahitian style mixed in, and a phenomenal price point, not to mention the cafe serves the most delicious delightful coffee, waffles and various dessert and lunch items!

We recently stayed here and was one of the worst places I have ever stayed. The place was outdated, the table in the room was an old door on two saw horses that was wobbly and barely stood up. There was coffee pouches in the room and no coffee pot. The floors in the room were outright nasty. We slid all over the room because the floors were wet and slick the entire stay. When we got out of the shower they're was dried mud all over the floor. We threw towels down to store our feet and they were filthy when we were done. I went to the desk and complained and the girl said it figured because her inspector was not there that day. At no time did anyone say sorry or offer to make it up. For the price this place charged you would think it was a 4 star place. If you are looking for a filthy place to stay with lots of shady people walking around this is your place, if not avoid.

Better than sleeping in your car. The walls were atrocious. Cigarette burns on the furniture. Screws coming out of the security latch. Refrigerator had four inches of ice so had to use a hair dryer to melt it so we could use it. Electrical outlets were questionable, prayed the place wouldn't spontaneously start a fire. Overall the staff is friendly and the restaurant was yummy but I would definitely not stay again. Stayed ten years ago and for sure there have been no updates over the years. The pictures they show are not current.

I had an incredible experience at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming and attentive, making me feel like a valued guest. The room was beautifully appointed, with stunning views and all the amenities I could ask for. The hotel's dining options were exceptional, offering a diverse range of culinary delights that satisfied my taste buds. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which had a wide selection of fresh, delicious choices. What truly set this hotel apart was the impeccable service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect, providing helpful recommendations for local attractions and even arranging transportation for me. The hotel's amenities, including a well-maintained fitness center and a serene spa, added to the overall experience. The attention to detail and cleanliness throughout the property were outstanding. I can't recommend this hotel highly enough. It exceeded all my expectations, and I can't wait to return for another unforgettable stay. LEXI is the best !

Dirty rooms floors never cleaned. Toilet bowl was coming off of the floor and shower was so nasty I bought flip flops to shower in. Looks like someone dyed their hair in the tub? Vents were filled with dust and burn marks from smokers across the sink. The bed was so uncomfortable and sounded like it was going to hit the floor every time I layed down. Dont believe the comments about breakfast downstairs, the food is disgusting. Everything was microwaved except the eggs. My bacon looked like those dog treats called Beggin Strips! When asked to be cooked well done she microwaved it for 3 minutes.. pancakes were literally frozen pancakes. The cleaning/maintenance crew smoke cigarettes and throw them all over the staircase and outside walkways. The 'bartender' at the pool was drinking & swimming while their were customers. She also had her family & friends there on top of that. Cant even lay out by the pool because the weeds and plants growing through the pavers attract so many bugs and lizards. Dont waste your money.

This hotel is falling apart the ceilings are leaking everywhere it is so hot in half of the lobby it makes me light headed and it also smells like sewer. Hotel management seems unbothered by this I have family visit yearly and no longer will have them here . Such a wonderful restaurant , but the hotel is disgusting not to mention the manager at the front who is extremely rude all the time

I booked a 1bedroom suit that was suppose to come with a living space, couch, 2nd TV, and dinning area. What I got was a standard king bed and no living space, couch, etc. I called the front desk when I got there and they said furniture had been removed. There was no way that was the case as the room was too small for anything else to be there. I wasn’t going to waste my time arguing and emailed the company after checkout. They won’t provide any compensation or even admit and apologize for the false advisement.

Coffee pot has coffee with mold growing in it. Power strip is daisy chained to fridge and coffee pot but it doesn’t work. Bathroom had only one towel. There is no smoke detector. The tile floor is filthy, in half an hour white socks were black. I wiped down bathroom counter with sanitizer wipe, bugs and hairs from someone shaving. I only wish I could post photos, I know we went for budget, so I wasn’t expecting high end but I do expect the room to be clean. After delayed flight and other issues today this was the icing on the cake for my first day of my vacation. I’m just so exhausted I’m turning out the light and praying I get through the night.

Had an amazing stay here. Rooms are big and spacious and very homey. Service was great. Location is ideal and close to everything. Lots of parking. They were a little stingy with the supplies - soap, towels etc. But overall had a great stay. Would definitely stay here again my next time in Tampa. Edit: after seeing all the negative reviews here, I just thought I'd edit to mention that we stayed in the 2 bed suite, which the front desk lady convinced us to upgrade to.

Highly, highly recommended and a superb value! From the pleasant and wonderful accommodating staff to the clean super stylish room with excellent mattress and attractive decor. Immaculately clean and never smoked in. We stayed in the tower so I can't speak to the rest of the hotel except to say they are undergoing a 3.6 million renovation at this time. Clearly, our room was one that had already been renovated. So to anyone with negative comments, I can only say it's likely rooms that have not been renovated yet are inferior. Location is quite convenient and in our case, the room view from the third floor balcony (in the tower only) was quite lovely. Shout out to the day hotel manager (I believe her name was Linda) - she was beyond fantastic!! Check out is indeed 12:00 p.m. but they are very laid back and accommodating.

First time I stayed here it was okay. They take pets and our house was being tented so we stayed a few days. The room was okay for what it is- a motel. That was a few years ago. Now, last week we needed a place to stay in an emergency due to a flood and having pets went back. YUCK! It was extremely over priced. ($240 for one night in a motel) Dirty and the bed SUCKED.- it was like sleeping on a box spring. The tile floor was greasy- like actually slick with something. I couldn't walk on the floor with my bare feet. I will be looking for another place to stay that takes pets bc I will never stay here again.

Don't Stay Here. I almost walked out when they had me staying in an old room that smelled of stale smoke. The bed springs were noisy and pokey. I went back to the lobby and got another room (145) with a better bed (if you can forget the hairs), but no better smell and no functioning coffee maker or phone. Room keys repeatedly failed. The second night of this miserable stay was heightened by the chirp of a smoke alarm begging for batteries all night. Called the front desk numerous times and finally, at 7:00 am, the chirping stopped. I complained at check out but was offered no compensation. Nothing. The cherry on top of this painful trip was noting that they forged my signature on the registration card. I said, "That's not my signature, you faked it!." She just kinda shrugged.

While in town for a convention I stayed for two nights at the Tahitian inn. I booked using a 3rd party for a really good price and it was nonrefundable . After reading many reviews I began to get nervous as they were all mixed. The front desk worker Jose was very kind and welcoming. After he told me my room was going to be on the 1st floor of the outside units I expressed concerns about safety. I am female and I was traveling alone this time so I felt a little uneasy. He completely understood and gave me a free upgrade to a room inside the main building on a higher floor. He went out of his way and listened to me and I’m very thankful for that. Once in my room I was able to make a video on the presentation. I had read from others that the rooms were dirty and the hotel hallways smelled of some kind of wet mildew. The hallway did have a faint water smell ,but thankfully the room was clean. I brought cleaning supplies with me after reading reviews just in case. There was even a jacuzzi tub and after a nice cautious wipe down it was my favorite thing about this stay. The only complaint I had really was the bed wasn’t the most comfortable but for the price I paid it would do. I ate at the restaurant and spent time at the attached koi pond, both were pleasant. It rained a lot so I didn’t even go to the pool. Overall, i feel like I got lucky and it was a nice stay. I probably won’t return only because I can’t guarantee I’ll get lucky again and I want a peace of mind staying at a hotel and not to be nervous.

Staff was very friendly and helpful and we appreciate their help on finding us a room so quickly, however, our room needs some attention very badly. We did not have a working shower (the piece to turn on the water just comes right out of the wall). When we asked the front desk about it (we had to walk to the office since our phone in the room did not work), we were told that they were trying to get people in so they had a place to stay when Hurricane Ian came through but they did not have time to check each room. The main part of the floor was sticky, slimy, slippery and very dirty (had to keep socks on to keep from getting black foot). The bathroom and the bathroom floor were both disgusting and needs a good scrubbing (including the walls, floors and door frame). There were German Cockroaches in the bathroom as well. The refrigerator door has to be shoved in or it will not shut properly. One of our windows in our room looks like it was shot by a BB gun and it was just taped over instead of being fixed. I am sorry that my post is very negative. I was hoping to have some positive feedback to post on your website since it was our first time ever staying at Tahitian Inn, unfortunately, we were very disappointed.

Nice comfy room. Loved the huge bathroom set up with a whirl pool & separate shower. 1 & only disappointment was the piece that was suppose to hold the water in the tub wasn't doing it's part.

I read a few iffy reviews about this hotel, but I'll be honest. I wasn't disappointed. The hotel is older and needs to be updated, BUT it was clean, everything worked, the pool was nice, and the cafe was nice. The service was outstanding. Check-in was easy and fast, and the hotel is close to A LOT of things. The area felt safe, and I enjoyed my stay. It's not a 5 star hotel but it's a good stay for the price. The beds are comfortable as well. I would stay here again.

Pictures are really deceiving, place was atrocious. The spring mattress was in bad condition. I couldn’t sleep through the night; the bathroom was nasty I got fungus in my fingers. Water came brown in the shower. I wouldn’t stay again here. The staff was friendly, I guess the only good thing.

This was a rather last minute booking and well worth the rate. I was going to the Beyoncé concert and stayed just the one night. It was so close to the venue, that a taxi took 7 minutes to get there. (Which is rare in FL) I was able to check in early and settle in before anything which was much appreciated. Thanks Ann-Marie! Housekeeping did walk in about 40 minutes before check out, which was not ideal, but they quickly closed door and left when they realized I was still in there. I also would’ve loved to have spent some time at the pool as it looks great and has a tiki bar apparently, but I didn’t get to. Next time!

Out of the countless years of staying in separate hotels, I have never been met with the level of unprofessionalism that I have dealt from Jose in the front office. I was told that the money used for the deposit will be returned in two days and it’s been well over a week and there is no sign there’s no sign of the deposit. Do yourself a favor and take your money somewhere else and definitely don’t deal with Jose in the front office because that person is very clueless and ignorant to the type of job and quality of service he should be providing in the hospitality industry.

What we paid for is not what we got. We paid for a king suite and only received it hours after our arrival. House keeping came twice to clean tell us wed over stayed our reservstion when in fact wed just arrived. We were over charged by the hotel and when we told Linda the hotel manager she was anything but helpful as she knew nothing of what was going on nor how to fix it. That's not our problem we should call our bank is what we were told. All in all you'd be better staying anywhere else than here at this hotel, NEVER will we stay here again.

Manager Linda and Reservationist/Front Desk Cara took excellent care of us and our pets! Our suite was attractive, comfortable and clean, and the rates are excellent. All staff members were friendly and professional. We had to vacate our home for a few days while work was being done; thank heaven for this nearby, well-run, pet-friendly, safe retreat that’s a long-time Tampa staple. Also, good food in the well-established restaurant. (Although this isn’t classified as a 5-star hotel, I gave it 5 stars for a great job of meeting all our needs with wonderful attitudes!)

I was pleasantly surprised at my stay here. The room was large, clean and nicely decorated. The bathroom was large as well. No smells and the bed was clean. The various front desk clerks were friendly and helpful. The steam room for the women was not working so I used the one in the mens room since it was early morning and hardly anyone there. It was a nice spa feature to the hotel. I would definitely stay here again when in the Tampa area.

We checked there and everything went smoothly. It wasn’t exactly what I expected but it was still OK. We stayed for four days. It was only 30 minutes from the beach and the traffic was not bad at all. We were there in February. The stuff is excellent you couldn’t ask for nicer people The only thing I would have to say is that the pool water was beautiful and blue but the tile around it really needed a good cleaning and it was very dirty and the pool is not heated and although there were outlets, there were no outlets really working out by the pool and the tiki bar was closed down but all in all we had a good stay it was spur of the moment trip, so I was glad they had a room available

Make sure to use HotelTully.á´„á´Źm when booking a stay. This web site will compare countless booking websites and normally will have prices much cheaper compared to others! Thank me later! This hotel is one of the most well known in this area. I have been coming here for a very long time. If you decide to stay here you will love it I'm sure! We both really enjoyed this hotel. It definitely screamed Florida. Only complaint would be the bed was super warm out, not comfortable at all. And the pool was out of order. Otherwise the breakfast was AMAZING. So much food. We will be back.

I'm giving it 3 stars as service was very good and location. The hotel was in need to serious updating. The furniture was rotten at the bases, dirty and we'll past it's sell by date. There was a bullet shot through the window at some stage. The shower didn't work no matter what I did to it. The bed was comfortable. I wouldn't stay here again. We had breakfast, that was lovely. The staff all throughout the property were really nice. The pool was locked though it looked great. Seriously overpriced hotel.

The check-in staff were nice. The rooms were clean and hospitality was good. The room itself was just remodel. There were some things that were fixed before opening the room to guest. Maintenance was able to fix some things while we were staying there. We couldn't give 5 stars because of those things. I had to make our own Do not Disturb sign, because they were out. The hotel was not full. I would recommend this inn for others.

1st I was upset because I booked the hotel cause it had shuttle, new owners bought it and cancel shuttle You think they would Comp( Because I noticed the prices are cheaper then when I paid) you somehow. Then I get my room which is the last room with a very very end, but seriously the bed killed my back And I felt very uncomfortable and the noise outside till 3 o'clock in the morning was irritating I'm glad the other person had a good bed. Long story short I would not stay again

If I could give this motel zero stars I would. Run far far away from this motel and dont look back!! Pictures don't look like the actual motel, heavily edited! The rooms are nasty and outdated. They don't know who is staying in any of the rooms and will assign you to that room anyways. Also, room deposit, you don't get that back because they act stupid and have memory loss, saying they didn't charge you for a deposit. Clearly they did charge my card because it's on my bank statement. Also, horrible area with so much traffic, very hard getting into the parking lot and on the main street! Anyways, RUN FAR AWAY!!!

Can't believe I've been in Tampa this long and never been here before. The restaurant was packed in the morning. No womder I've heard so much about it. The room was spacious and pleasant, the property has a lot of unique local charm to it, too. I look forward to the next time I stay here.

For the money, it's not bad at all. Needs some work, but the ownership and service is very nice. Comfortable and clean bed, cold fridge, hot shower. Pachs the restaurant is very good for breakfast/lunch. If you're on a budget, this could be for you.

The toilet, bathroom fan, phone and ice machine didn’t work. The room was extremely damp. The beds were extremely uncomfortable, equivalent to a pull out sofa sleeper. There were loud banging noises and people shouting in the hallways all night long. I’ve stayed in cheaper motels that were more functional than this place. Save yourself.

Great customer service, pool and safe location, restaurants and stores in walking distance. My only complaint was the rooms could be cleaned and sanitized a little better. But all in all great hotel!!

Room was very clean, we slept very well on bedding provided. Staff was professional yet friendly and helpful. We did have a small dog with us and it was no problem, pets very welcome for additional fee. The best part of the stay was breakfast in the cafe. Cathy and her staff were very welcoming and the food was absolutely amazing. I would recomend as great place to stay and EAT while in Tampa. We will visit Tampa again and hopefully be able to book and stay here . THANKS to you and all of your staff

We picked this place almost exclusively due to mention of a heated pool on their website along with beautiful pics. The pool area is nice, but the pool needs maintenance and is definitely not heated. One gal at the desk was nice when fixing keys that didn't work, but she was the only one (guy at night was really rude). Cleaning staff was visibly upset by me asking where to dispose of some food garbage in our room like it wasn't her job or something. For this amount of money, the only saving grace was a location that worked for my family. If you like service or honesty, go elsewhere.
