They have to many rules for a place you pay for in order to stay, not to mention it's not the best establishment to stay at either. It's not the worst but far far far from the best to have that many rules for the quest. Now some of them I can understand, but others are just plan ridiculous. And the lady that runs the office isn't always the most pleasant person. The way she speaks to the quest at times is unprofessional to say the least. However they owners aren't much better with handling the quest either. Now I do realize they have to deal with a lot of the local homeless people which can be some of the worst quest. However you don't have to rent them a room. In my opinion this place should be shut down or some major changes need to be made especially with the amount they charge for the rooms.

Rude manager dirty sheets ac was so dirty I literally had to take face off covering to clean it .very small bathroom was told I had way too many items 4 suit cases an not pet friendly. Cheap but for it to be at that price they should be more people friendly as I paid for 2 days an to be told to leave at 10 or have the cops called an my belongings put out I don't recommend to stay here smh .if you want to stay longer you can't.if there was a minus stars I would definitely rate a negative 30

I have stayed here with my mother for over a year, and we have personally observed the changes the owners have been making for the better over that time. Many of the rooms have been recently renovated, those that haven't had their renovations completed, have been freshed up with new paint and fittings. There are new bathrooms, and brand new televisions. The WiFi is more reliable, and reaches all rooms. Several of the larger rooms have newer half-fridges instead of the usual tiny micro fridges.<br/>The atmosphere has been cleaned up to the point that most of the weekly renters are families with children. Management is fairly strict, but all the better to keep the place safe.<br/>The daily and weekly rates are consistently some of the lowest in town, even at peak holidays.<br/>All in all, Macdill Motel is probably the best low rate choice in South Tampa.

Bedsheets all burned. Roaches like its their home roaming around. pillow cases dirty. Windows broken covered with card board.had two days left paid up and owner calls me to tell me I have one day left instead of two. When I tried to walk her through my payments she started yelling and saying it wasn't her problem what time I checked inand was very disrespectful and rude not the place to stay.no matter how desperate you might be

Zero stars....the so-called "manager" is very rude and nasty. I wouldn't stay here if he paid me...and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone else either...not even my worst enemy....

The worst motel in South Tampa. We stayed here for an emergency and the person that manages the room opened up the room and came inside without knocking or anything. My daughter and I were laying in bed and he just came inside. Wow so disgusting.

Checked in at almost 4 in the morning and not only was the guy rude he couldn’t even give me an extra hour smh will never come here again

If you want to throw up, this is is the best place to stay. There are spider and bugs friendly. Room smells on dead animals. DO NOT come in this place! It's disgusting! Widow was broken from bathroom and bugs keep going in. They told us that's fine.

Very disrespectful customer service at front desk Room was very dirty and did not look sanitary. Had to clean it myself. No clean towels. I didn’t complain for three days I asked for nothing super bowl night came and the tv of course all three days did not work so I call for help and the front desk lady with blonde hair on the heavy side came complaining about her mother being dead and how she wanted to watch the game that’s not my issue I spend my hard earned money she was very unpleasant and I was disrespectful in MY ROOM I PAY FOR they need to practice professional customer service very unsatisfying not worth my money

The two stars are for the value of the room. This place has the friendliest staff and owners. The rooms are clean and simple. But reeks of cigarettes smell. All are smoking. I discarded all their pillows, sheets and comforters and brought in my own. If the smell of stale cigarettes does not bother you. This could be a wonderful place for you. Does have microwave and refrigerator in the room. But place to hang clothes. I think for $60 a night this is the best I could get. This place is quite close to everything.

My family & I found 4 cockroaches in5 minutes.Seriously disgusting place. I’d give it negative stars possible, save your money. We left after 30 mins of being there & went next door for a better price & way nicer room. They need to be shut down.

If I could leave ZERO STARS, I would!! Probably the most disrespectful Hindu I ever seen in my life (the owner), sent his son to try and assualt me as I am apologizing and leaving (I was just dropping off my co worker after work who LIVES there), I would never recomend this place, not even for a homeless person. The owner also accused me of selling drugs and was going to call the police for trespassing (again, I was dropping off my co worker who lives there). This place is disgusting and their staff and owner are very rude and unprofessional. I feel bad for my co worker who has to live there. Apparently he is not allowed to have any one pick him up or drop him off for work or any other errands.
